因行程有變，頭天入住伊斯法罕,入住當天早晨即通知賓館改住長（原訂（兩房兩晚），但賓館拒絕了我的合理要求，讓人遺憾1

Es war wirklich sehr gut ,Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm.Sehr guter Service .Ein großes Dankeschön ❤️

酒店各方面很一般，攜程收我485元一晚，旁邊的酒店比這個酒店各方面都要好，衹收了245元。感覺攜程好黑呀

Excellent location. You can travel to historical sites on foot in 10-20 minutes. But the room occasionally smelled of cigarettes and the WIFI only worked well in the lobby.

I stayed one night and it was good, I love the room and the strong bed, Breakfast was good and service was nice and good English

非常差的一次體驗，工作人員簡直是服務太差，業務太差。無禮貌。簡直和我國酒店無法比。洗澡水涼，房間一股味道。早餐極差。朋友們還是別來。

房間很好前太接待熱情服務到位。乾淨衞生總體滿意。衹是續訂價格貴了很多！

Δεν έμεινα στο συγεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, αλλά δείπνησα σε αυτό. Μεγάλος μπουφές με πολλές επιλογές τόσο σε κυρίως πιάτα, όσο και σε σαλάτες και γαρνιτούρες. Επίσης και σε γλυκά. Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό με ευγένεια.

我預訂了一間單人房，但他們說房間已滿，無法提供更低價格，所以我付了兩張單人房的錢。而且，由於我下午 4 點入住，直到晚上 10:30 房間都沒有熱水淋浴。浴室壞了，很舊，生鏽了，狀況很糟。我房間的 Wifi 根本不能用。唯一能上網的地方就是大廳！接待人員非常不負責任和粗心，因為酒店在夏季中旬客滿，他們真的什麼都不在乎。如果您想要最起碼的設施和尊重，那就預訂這裡吧！否則，不要浪費您的金錢和時間，因為不值得在這個沒有基本標準的地方花費時間。

I am a food guy and this hotel is a top noch in gastronomy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Homage, a grand dining room that’s all high ceilings, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, dazzling chandeliers and Ionic columns. Happily it’s not a case of style over substance: there’s a lavish buffet with plenty of hot options every morning and, at other times, dishes such as chicken ballotine, smoked aubergine, kale and pumpkin seed praline. Ms.Rahimi kian who is in charge of tours is a professional and maverick.Congratulations to the hotel management by hiring this priceless employee. We met Ghajar house and Perspolis during our stay in Shiraz.Thanks Ms.R.Rahimi Kian for everything.

In the hotel everyone is kind and wonderful. The room is big and beautiful. It is very clean. In the room you get slippers, soap, brushes and everything else you might need. I think my main concern about the room was that you can't flush the toilet well. This was really a problem. Also there was a leaking in the toilet after showering. It is very difficult to figure out the AC control system. The breakfast generally was good, but there are no fruits offered except dates. The other BIG concern I had was the WiFi. I had to go to the reception twice to get it working. It was a general problem wherever I went. The elevator was strange, it stops halfway up the floor, so you have to carry your suitcase Very noisy outside at night, if the room faces the road then you won't be able to sleep!
