Please work on it asap so that people can enjoy the spa too. Just think about it . The room rate is costing less than 1 hour of couple spa therapy. In the same hotel

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Shimla, and while it had its moments, I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. The hotel's location is convenient, but that's where the positives end. The property itself is surprisingly small, which wasn't what I expected from a Radisson hotel. The rooms are comfortable, but not particularly impressive. The staff was average at best. While they were polite, they didn't go out of their way to make our stay special. The service was slow, and we had to follow up multiple times for simple requests. The WiFi connectivity was terrible, with constant drops in connection and slow speeds. It was frustrating to deal with, especially since I needed to stay connected for work. To make matters worse, the bathroom had leakages and water would flood the floor from health faucet . It was a hassle to deal with, and I expected better from a hotel of this caliber. The biggest letdown was the price. Considering the hotel's limitations, I felt it was overpriced. There are better options available in Shimla at a lower cost. Overall, while Radisson Shimla has some potential, it falls short in terms of value for money. If you're looking for a luxurious stay, you might want to consider other options. It was an unforgettable luxury experience at Shimla British resort. From the moment I stepped into the hotel the service was exceptional. The staffs genuine care for gas set a new standard of hospitality. It was one of the best properties in Shimla to enjoy the nature. I loved the room and its balcony views with green view all around. It gives you peace and serenity allowing you to snap some moments to rest and rejuvenate. I look forward to visit soon and being delight again.

Our experience at the Cecil Oberoi Hotel was a lovely one. Our room was so comfortable with the option of choosing your own pillows. The meals with a lot to choose from. Every evening main dishes on offer changed, which was nice as we got to try different dishes. A special shout to the staff - they were brilliant! The Restaurant team were accommodating. We were impressed with Nupur's warmth and excellent customer service. She made an effort to converse with us and even remembered the way I drank my coffee. I booked in a facial and received fantastic treatment from Nelubli who did my facial. THANK YOU to the entire Team! The Wildflower Hall - a part of the Cecil Oberoi Group was a great experience too. From the regal uniform of the staff, to the High Tea to the grand rooms with intricate woodwork, everything was so immaculate. The views from outside the Hall were stunning. If you visit Shimla, don't miss out on touring the Wildflower Hall and experiencing the High Tea.
