柳岸飯店(Hotel Willow Banks - Boutique 4 Star Hotel on the Mall Road Shimla)

Wonderful hotel stay. This place is very charming. I saw pictures and fell in love with the view. It’s very practical for tourist purposes as it’s located very close to the parking and also is extremely easy to access if one’s on the Mall Road. The hotel is wonderful in terms of their offerings! I loved the microbrewery it was a delight and their hanging air beds. Just wow! Honestly haven’t spotted something like this . We lazed around and had a fantastic time. The rooms are very spacious and there is a lot to choose from in terms of food options .. Mughlai , cafe , cocktails and Chinese .. wide choice . I really enjoyed the hospitality . We pampered ourselves at the spa 🧖‍♀️. Lovely stay

Good hotel centrally located right on The Mall so you can walk everywhere easily. The staff are friendly and the food was lovely. There was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are slightly dated but clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location.

It’s just the right place to stay in Shimla! It’s located right on the Historic Mall Road. You can simply walk around from the hotel to see various historic places in Shimla like the Church, Ridge, governor house, Kali Bari Temple etc. Their hospitality deserves a 5-star! The rooms are big, neat and have good views, the higher the floor the better the view! Besides, they have there own lift to come down from Mall Road and you need not go till the tourism lift! The food is expensive but prepared well and they take instructions very well (we did cause we travelled with a kid)! Great staff, awesome location, food and rooms - go for it ❤️

Great location. Good dining options, but always filled with outsiders and no room for hotel guests. Staff is a little inattentive . Some important information pertaining to hotel entry exit points should be given more precisely to both incoming & outgoing guests.

It's a good place to stay. The rooms were neat and spacious. The staff were very polite and friendly. The best part of this place is that its situated right on Mall road. The moment you step out you have everything within walking distance. All types of eateries and shops are there. The willow banks itself has a cafe and a restaurant. Both are very good. The food is amazing. Some days there is live music which is very nice. We loved our stay with them.

Willow Banks- certainly a must visit hotel of shimla. ideally located on mall road itself, just 2 mins walk from the tourist lift. the hospitality has impressed me right from the check in time at the reception. check-in process was smoother. the rooms are luxurious with the best amenities. liked the view, the best thing of this hotel. you will get the full Shimla Valley view right from your balcony. room size was big and super hygienic. hotel has a gym, spa and importantly ***y restaurants so you don't have to worry about good food. different restaurants serve different delicious food and even the portion size is good too. shimla brewing company served the best beers for sure. don't miss that. i would strongly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and location on the mall road right in the market.

One of best delicacy food and super helpful staff I have ever had in Shimla + best view, They have very helpful staff called Arti ***jeet, they are super well trained in hotel and restaurant line. Good hospitality restaurant view was amazing

I really liked my visit to hotel willow banks . Beautiful property with so ***y fun activities to keep the folks busy. Good restaurants, a nice gym and a beautiful spa for getting a nice massage with a fantastic view… the service was wonderful and was a pleasure celebrating my bday with fam jam here! Good proximity from the Mall Road making it ideal to chill and shop there as well. The pan Asian cookhouse Eighteen71 in the property was my fav . The Chinese was yum. Their brewing company was also quite nice 👍

Truly the most charming holiday in shimla after so long! Last visited as a child! And it’s so changed. We stayed at willow banks and loved the in-house facilities. They had good spacious rooms! The family suite was amazing 👌 … perfect for a little toddler with you. Good area to chill and relax . They also had a jucuzzi in the room which made it fun. The food is exceptional! Within the hotel there are five different restaurants and also having a good variety 👌 the food was yummy. We had three of our meals within the hotel only.. the cafe and bar were just wow! Superb view from here.
