Behaviour of staff member is very good.All are cooperative.We are feeling very good in staying in this hotel.We will prefer to stay in this hotel in our next tour.House keeping is very good.House keeper named Pabitra is very good in dealing and his service is very good.

I visited shillong in may 2024. Stayed at the polo towers, location is perfect and very near to the police bazar market. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff is kind, receptive, quick and welcoming; especially the inhouse kitchen staff and housekeeping staff. Special thanks to pabitra from housekeeping staff for being attentive and available for us at all times and helping us out with our needs. Overall a very wholesome experience

Thank you all staff polo tower hotel. Shilong are best city. injoy my family.. room are so good. and staff are so helpful.. pavitra are good service for house keeping. Food is so nice. Room maintain are good property.. thanks to house keeping... Next time will be back..

During our stay at this hotel we get the fullest hospitality from the service providers of this hotel. Rooms are neat and clean.Bathrooms are also fine. Complimentary breakfast are also very much authentic. Overall experience during our stay is excellent. We get excellent service from the house keeping staff Pabitra Santra.

Sumptuous Food . The services rendered by Mr Rakesh was excellent . This definitely calls for frequent revisit . 10/10 . Good buffet arrangement in Restaurants thanks all staff be supportive and also chef I will come again in future promise

Very good servicing.They don’t waste much time in it and have good expertise in it.House keeping staff is very excellent and determinant in their work.There is a good house keeping floor supervisor that you can contact named Pabitra.I would definitely come here next time

The stay was amazing with Polo Tower !! The room was very clean and cozy !! The house keeping service was great and we received immediate service from the house keeping as they were available for 24/7. Suvojit was very friendly and made sure all our needs and requirements were met within 5-10 mins of request.
