Matela en état catastrophique

value for money, location in quite neighbourhood. room with AC. excellent parking spot.

Chambre propre et lits confortables. Très bien pour passer une nuit. Personnel agréable et serviable. Cela rend toujours l’expérience agréable. Situé à environ 15 minutes de marche de KEDGE, cet hôtel est une très bonne adresse, aussi bien au niveau de sa situation que du rapport qualité/prix

Séjour sans problème, hormis le paiement de la chambre effectué 2 fois. Une fois par ********** le 26 décembre et une seconde fois par Campanile le 29 décembre

Choisi au hasard, nous n’avons pas été déçus. Très bel accueil de la gérante et personnel agréable. Chambres propres. Parking sécurisé et à l’extérieur à proximité immédiate il y a des bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques. Literie ok. Emplacement parfait pour une soirée étape. Le menu du restaurant était simple mais bon. Nous gardons l’adresse.

un accueil des plus chaleureux et très courtois. unechambre toujours agréable mais à la décoration un peu dépassée. un petit déjeuner simple, qui pourait être un peu mieux. Cependant si je devais retourner dans ce secteur je le choisirai sans hésté pour l'accueil que nous avons eu.

Motel-style rooms with excellent service. The hotel we were staying at just before this one was brand new, but we had to change rooms 3 times due to technical or cleanliness issues. This one has basic rooms that are not new, but they're kept very clean, and everything works great -- powerful heating, nice bathtub with great water pressure, etc. Room is functional. As you'd expect from the Campanile brand, great attention is given to the food. They'll keep a fully stocked breakfast buffet even if it's just you there and minutes before the end. Breakfast has great variety: both crepes and pancakes, hot chocolate a decaf... We were surprised that a small hotel can offer so much. Additionally, great attention was given to the hygiene in the restaurant area -- tables and chairs being sanitised after each guest leaves. Location-wise, it's actually great wit a car: just off the motorways, and few minutes from the tram where you cark for free and get your whole group to the city centre and back for few euros (look up the "parc relais" deal... I parked at Arts et Métiers). Major malls are 10 mn away, and before you leave town you can buy cannelés at "la toque cuivrée" nearby. Cinemas and late night eateries also minutes away by car. The area is very quiet and nothing disturbed our sleep in the 3 nights we stayed there. Staff was super helpful and always cheerful (all of them)... If you've travel around France a little bit, you know it doesn't happen that often! Much recommended for road trips with friend or on business.

My immediate reaction when entering the motel room was one of utter disappointment. It was dingy and spartan but the next morning, I asked myself: Was it clean? YES Was it comfortable? YES We're the staff friendly? YES Was the breakfast good? YES Was there free parking? YES Was there free WiFi? YES Do they offer dinner? YES Was it advertised as luxurious? NO So if you want accommodation that is simply somewhere to lay your head for the night, with the added bonus of being 5 mins walk from the tram (Line C) that takes you into the city (1.70€ each way.) then you won't be disappointed. A word of warning: the roads going into Bordeaux are horrendous. Avoid trying to drive into the centre.

I had a fabulous friendly welcome from Genevieve, who loved sealing her English. Great sense of humour too. The food was great cooked by friendly Najat and served by Dira who was lovely. Even met the KP Gasar, also a lovely and friendly chap. The bedroom was air conditioned thank goodness and clean. Comfortable nights sleep. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Stayed here many times……..

We had a quick stay here on our way to the north of France. It was nice. The member of staff we met at reception was an incredibly friendly and helpful man who made us feel very welcome. The room is very much a motel room, super basic but has what you need for a short stay. Location wise, it's about a 20 min walk to the closest tram stop, and not the nicest walk to do in the dark! But it was fine for us and allowed us to explore the city a bit at night. All in all, a good stay.

Hôtel Campanile standard, bien situé près de la rocade et au bord d'un bois. Vaut surtout pour l'accueil, l'amabilité et l'efficacité du personnel au restaurant. Buffet de petit déjeuner intéressant. Un service au top. Les chambres sont vieillottes, souffrant de l'utilisation d'agglomeré qui a mal vieilli. Lit confortable
