馬尼福德旅館飯店(The Manifold Inn Hotel)

This is a three star muddy boots and waggy tails pub and accommodation. The room was fine and the meals were ok although a bit expensive (£17/£18 for a chicken meal etc) . We stayed several nights and our room was not serviced at all. It was not cleaned and no replenishment of coffee or milk or soaps etc. We found this a bit disappointing. Nice area and good walks nearby.

Was staying locally and did a nice long walk and ended up at the Manifold Inn. Was welcomed in by the bar staff and had a pint and thought why not book a table for later. They were fully booked apart from a couple of late afternoon slats so we booked for 5:30pm. Went home, freshened up and walked the 20mins back. Was welcomed straight away considering it was heaving and set down at our table. Service was excellent (we were the only ones there at that time but bar was busy), food was delicious, cooked to perfection. Can honestly say this was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. If you are staying locally or happen to wander upon the Manifold Inn, you won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay for a drink and a bite to eat. Loved it and the cosy fire they had on too was just perfect. Thank you and keep up the good work

Called in here for lunch with family. Lovely warm welcome from the lady behind the bar. She appeared to be working alone so was serving at the bar, taking food orders, answering the telephone, checking in new residents & waiting on tables to serve food whilst still providing service with a warm & friendly smile! Food was very good, the steak & ale pie was delicious & served piping hot on hot plates. Would recommend.

Had a lovely nights stay here. We also had a 3 course meal which was lovely, the red pepper, sweet potato and paprika soup is definitely a must! I did try and get the recipe but failed miserably 🤣 we stayed in room 12 which was a lovely little room with everything you need for a nights stay, comfy bed and all the little added extras which are always a bonus. Breakfast was delicious too! Would definitely return!

Called in for lunch after walking from Wetton Mill, had a lovely lunch of turkey, Brie, bacon panini served with salad and chips. Roast beef sandwich served with salad and chips. Meals very tasty, fresh and good value. Staff also very friendly and polite, will definitely visit again.

You just get the feeling here that they’ve done it that good, for that long, it just comes natural. The entire front of house team were pro’s, the place itself is proper, and the food & drink was out of this world. They even did my Labrador Alex a couple of sausages! I also thought the prices were set fair. Well done everyone and thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Lovely two night stay at this great pub, staff are extremely helpful, pub has a great atmosphere, brilliant food and room was excellent, dogs were also made very welcome, can't wait for a return visit

Thank you for a great stay. We had the best 2 night stay here. Lovely room and a super comfy bed in addition to a really modern bathroom and hot shower, great after our long walk. The food is really nice, with a great menu and great service. A fantastic pub with a very welcoming team. Thanks again.

Comfiest beds ever,lovely shower,ample car parking, beautiful delicious food,great menu....and cater for gluten free,my husband was well impressed with the menu for his gf intolerance....Best he's seen he said.
