大廳客房飯店(Hotel Lobby Room Sevilla)

The reception and restaurant staff were exceptional. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Some of the roof top bar staff were disinterested slightly unwelcoming and others friendly. Could do with some more sun beds as many people were utilising the pool These was the only downsides. Most of the day were wonderful and helpful and the building and rooms exceptional and well priced

Had a delightful experience at this hotel. The staff members were on point from the lovely men and Christina at reception and the men at breakfast time. The room was incredible- cannot fault the place at all. Location wasn’t too bad but not in main tourist area but we still enjoyed it. Would book again and would highly recommend. Thank you guys .

Lack of staff at arrival, no robes and only one towel provided. Cockroaches in the room and when explained there was no appology or any other act of service , just moved us. Pool advertised was closed. No space on the roof made available for guests and nowhere to sit at the weekend as all tables reserved. For the price i was extreamly upset my this hotel. Breakfast was great.

Great location in the centre of Seville. The hotel staff are great and give you some really helpful tips when you arrive. The breakfast is brilliant and well worth it, strong continental buffet and a great menu of cooked foods. The hotel does have a ‘pool’ on the roof, but it is open for quite a short time period during the day as it’s co-located with a bar that gets very busy in the evenings.

Fantastic hotel with very good facilities. Rooms spacious and luxurious with great decor throughout. Outstanding service and fabulous rooftop bar. Would highly recommend this hotel. The rooftop bar is the place to be at weekends so quite busy. This does limit pool access for guests from 3pm but not a big issue.

Terrible experience. Racist attitude by nationality. We entered the hotel at night through its bar entrance as the other doors were closed with outmost incomfortability, and were phisicaly sevirly attacked by hotel personell who were at the bar entrance by hotels elevator. They didnt speake english, with inability to communicate. We asked for manager help and to call the police but there was no manager, no manager got back to us as required and requested and when we asked to know who is the ceo or senior managment or ownership of the hotel we were told that this information is confidentional. We were compensated for one night..only for the night inwhich we were phisicaly attacked and hurt infront of our daughter. We didn not even receive a letter of apologise. Unsafe place. No responsibility as expected from 5 star hotel and definatley no way in standarts of 5 star as considering itself. A lot of very good hotels in the same area

Extraordinario! Muy recomendable, suite, desayuno, la ubicación. En recepción amabilísimos y muy serviciales, sin duda volveremos :)

Me encanto, las habitacion sencillamente espectacular, tiene varios ambientes y un roof top bar estupendo. El desayuno delicioso, variad exquisita. El personal del hotel súper atento y diligente . Su ubicación es estratégica para todo, compras , restaurantes o pasear.

Magnifique hôtel avec une très belle décoration Personnel accueillant et très sympa.
