蘭卡特聰明選汽車旅館(B_Smart Motel Landquart)

Things are a bit different from the average hotel. I didn't see any staff, check-in is via a console and breakfast is self-service. There is a 24 hour help phone and an e-mail contact to deal with problems. The beds are good, the rooms are clean but there was no housekeeping on the second Sunday I was there. The coffee machine was available 24/7, free of charge, but broke down three times in 11 days. Breakfast was a basic continental style one with no hot option. The heating control panel in the room was broken, leaving it slightly cooler than I would have preferred. The shutters appear to be on a timer so open and close when you don't expect it. Mke sure you use the curtains.

Wir besuchten eine Veranstaltung in Landquart und sind auf dieses Hotel aufmerksam geworden. Was für ein Glücksfall! Ideal gelegen, wunderbar grosses Zimmer mit grandioser Aussicht und tolles Frühstück. Self-Check-Hotels sind in der Schweiz noch nicht so verbreitet, aber hier funktioniert alles. Die ideale Lage direkt beim Bahnhof, den man übrigens überhaupt nicht wahrnimmt oder hört, mit etlichen Restaurants in Fussnähe, laden zu einem entspannten Wochenende nahezu ein. Die kleinen technischen Schwierigkeiten und Fragen konnten kompetent geklärt werden. Wenn mal wieder in Landquart, dann hier!

War ruhig, sehr sauber und vor allem günstig.

Due to a medical urgency (operation) of my son we had to cancel a trip. I asked this hotel a month in advance for cancellation. They refused. Then I asked to postpone to another date (6 month later, off-season). They refused. Just explaining 'Our policy terms state you have to pay the entire fee'. This kind of arguments in times where everyone constantly has to change plans due to healthcare elements is an illustration of trying to cash in on people no matter what. Avoid this hotel!

Sehr unkompliziert. Einfaches Checkin. Neben dem Bahnhof. Mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Unweit vom Outletshopping entfernt.

Alles bestens zeckmässig I.O. Parkplatz könnte besser beschrieben sein aber wenn man ihn gefunden hat.👍 Nicht ganz beim Hotel aber 2 min zu Fuss👍

Einfaches, schnelles Selfcheckin/-out. Alles neu und gross genug für ein paar Tage. Selten so gutes und v a. frisches Frühstück bekommen, wenn auch die Auswahl nicht gross war, trotzdem perfekt. P gratis auf dem Gelände des Outlet.

Convenient, right next to the station. Modern smart accommodation with self check in and free tea coffee along with inclusive breakfast. Have stayed before and will stay again.
