三思而后行！ 如果我想庆祝蜜月或生日，我更倾向于五星级酒店。虽然这家酒店是四星级的，但实在令人失望。 首先，酒店气味难闻。刚进电梯就感觉很吓人，一股尸臭味扑面而来，你根本不知道那是什么味道。 如果你在旅途中提出任何要求，都会遇到麻烦。别指望有人会帮你，你肯定得不到。 其次，行李太多，没人会帮你开门，也没人会提供行李车。你只能自己搬，真是太糟糕了。 但贵宾却有人专门负责帮他们搬上去。

Its a gamble stay, i stayed here multiple times, sometime you might get run down room, sometime you might get perfect condition room, and this time i got one of the worst condition of all my stays in Klana. the wall rack in bath area is gone, so you have to put all your toiletries outside bath area. The Do Not Disturb and Make Up Room button are not functioning, so everyday have to go down to counter to informed make up room needed. 2 chairs are missing. Room service is very good, room is clean and quiet, bed is very comfy, breakfast is very nice too.

Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station.

高級泳池房。 泳池前房間。 進入房間時聞到一股霉味。 家具上黏著舊黴菌。 向工作人員投訴，並附上照片。 工作人員幫我換了豪華泳池房，還不錯。 👍🏻

Nice hotel, nice room, bilik memang besar dan selesa. Pool pun besar.

A spacious, family-friendly resort near town with a peaceful, green setting. Offers large rooms, a nice pool, and lots of activities. However, the hotel is quite dated, with some maintenance and cleanliness issues. Service is friendly but inconsistent. Good for short getaways if you don’t mind older facilities.

真的無法形容這個酒店，設施老舊，牆體發黴，過道一股黴味，房間地毯臟污，衞生堪憂，礦泉水瓶上燈一照，全部是灰塵，非常非常的差。一定要避雷，還有小蟲子🐛。

酒店條件似乎不太好，我們房間的空調壞了。入住前我們向前台反映過這個問題，前台說空調壞了。這麼熱的天氣，提供沒有空調的客房實在讓人無法接受。來回折騰了兩個小時，我們晚上11點才換到另一個房間。忙碌了一天，我們真的累了。我不希望任何人有這樣的經驗。

Everthing ok pool was ok and huge bedroom..my children was happy and enjoy swimming and breakfast need more variaty.anyway I satisfied and will come again

The place was once really grand but now it’s a bit tired looking and old . The breakfast is so so . The pool cleanliness is questionable but I do say that the pool premium rooms are excellent it’s very big very comfortable and the toilets are huge

飯店很漂亮，只是大廳有點醜。床和枕頭很硬，每張床只提供一個枕頭。毛巾又小又髒。泳池很髒，到處都是乾樹葉和沙子。泳池邊有生鏽的鐵欄桿。有些遊樂場設備壞了。垃圾桶裡堆滿了東西。那個行李員……我指的是那個傢伙，一點禮貌都沒有，粗魯地回應我們，就好像我們要他付錢一樣。

We only stayed overnight without using other facilities until breakfast the next morning. The food was simple, but the parking provided here was very convenient.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, room a bit run down and musty, washroom area cleanliness still need to improve.

房間很髒，水壺裡滿是灰塵，房間一點也不乾淨，兩邊的桌子上都有上一位客人留下的牙籤和毛髮???冰箱裡還有沒有清理的垃圾，牆壁很髒，衣櫃裡面沒有清潔，不推薦
