服務不錯，進門幫忙拎行李，雙床房不算大，有窗，兩人行李能攤開放下，在韓國算還不錯的了，一樓有wow pass機器，可以直接人民幣現金換韓元，Tmoney充值，附近有Oliver young、麥當勞、711，非常方便。衞生一般，遇到了帶血的床單，晚上呼叫他們更換了

本次旅遊是家庭旅遊，住宿正好趕在春節期間最冷的時候，感覺酒店的地理位置真的非常方便，很好，對首爾站衹有一站的車去清溪川非常近。但是空調不是太好到了晚上的時候酒店非常冷，好像到了晚上9:00把空調關了，打電話很快就把空調又給調熱。同時大家可以參考從機場到酒店的地鐵線路。。

地理位置十分好，有機場巴士6701直接到達，旁邊巷子走進去就到了，鄰近市聽站，交通很方便。進入飯店前有一個樓梯，但飯店人員會協助搬行李，這次入住15樓，有要求較安靜的房型，不知道是隔音很好，還是旁邊沒住人，非常安靜

交通非常方便快捷，周邊有餐廳和M記，走去明洞和免税店，和台不遠，逛街走路可到達，房間衞生整潔舒適温馨，設施齊備

位置跟所有景點有10分鐘路程路，帶孩子不太方便全部都要步行走動，坐車又太近，位置方面相信比較適合商務及沒有帶小朋友的家庭，唯一好處就近機場大巴，但最晚班次竟然只是晚上6:00，我搭晚上機不能使用。

比較滿意，離明洞有一段距離，步行十分鐘，還是很方便的。對面麥當勞可以點奶昔，很方便！

酒店位於市廳站，步行5至8分鐘內可到酒店，而酒店步行去明洞大約15至20分鐘，尚算便利。酒店附近有星巴克及便利店。 房間方面是次入住豪華家庭房，房間地方寬敞乾淨衛生，我們放了四個行李箱亦有很多空間騰出。唯冷氣會有嘈雜音，有些騷擾。

設施很舊 床單都是破洞！洗水池也下不去水，住了三個晚上，一千多一晚，非常不推薦！給的房間也是衹對着電梯口的！！！當時拍了照片想第二天白天跟攜程反應的，結果一直忘記了，現在看見評論才想起來，還有床單很臟，搞不懂這麼明顯的大面積污漬和破洞為什麼還要讓客人入住，是對中國人很不友好之舉嗎？

第一次訂到市廳站位置的飯店，轉乘蠻方便的，只要一站就可以到首爾站。房間乾淨，但如果拿了兩個29吋的行李箱，打開的位置會有點小。櫃檯人員也很親切，下次會考慮再訂這間。

設施：齊全 就是空間小了點，但是勝在位置，市中心，出行非常方便，地鐵公交換乘便捷，就在光化門附近 服務態度也不錯

酒店位置非常好，非常近地鐵站。現在首爾的酒店都沒有提供牙膏牙刷要自備。房間內乾淨衛生，只是可能酒店開幕都有一段時間比較舊

飯店離市廳地鐵站很近，明洞商圈走路就可到達。附近餐廳很多，吃飯不成問題。只是房間稍微小一點，但也還夠用。

位于首爾市廳旁,交通地理位置不錯,飯店整潔也不錯,水壓稍小了些,整體cp值算挺不錯,有機會再到首爾旅遊或洽公,會再考慮這間~

酒店位置交通便利，設施設備完善，乾淨整潔。衞生間有智能馬桶。前台有能講中文的接待人員。服務尚可。

酒店位置理想，可步行到明洞 。隔音效果都不錯 。原本是訂三張單人床，入住時酒店升級為一張雙人床，再加兩張單人床，房間較大 。唯獨衛生可以再加強，床邊見到有假甲掉左地上，毛巾有點舊 。
