酒店房間靚，乾淨，服務員很熱心。位置很好，機場巴士就於近麻浦地鐵站，落車向前行一條街，約5分鐘即到。旁邊就是孔德地鐵站1號出口（5號線），行約10分鐘就係麻浦地鐵站。樓下有7-11，過條馬路就係CU,再行遠少少就係Oliver Young，仲有麥當勞。對面還有Starbucks 添！搭一個站就到首爾站（只不過要轉線），過幾個站就係乙支路地鐵站（即明洞區），靜中帶方便，非常好既位置！

我覺得挺不錯哦，就是太遲訂價格很貴。主要是交通方便，座標孔德，地鐵公交還有機場快線都方便。機場大巴到幾乎直達酒店，下車過馬路就到了，酒店去機場也同樣方便。其他網紅酒店也在這裏附近，多走幾步可以找到好吃的。樓下有便利店，大叔大媽還會説英文，溝通難度為零。每天會有人來打掃一下，更換毛巾等等。我覺得這裏的舒適度比那些網紅酒店要好。交通方便真的不錯。而且方便去高陽體育館，演唱會散場慢悠悠做地鐵回酒店沒問題。

酒店位置鄰近孔德站，往來機場方便不用轉線，但最近出口需要走樓梯，有行李時需要去對面馬路的出口乘搭電梯。酒店附近有不同cafe，亦有olive young。

其實位置已經算不錯了， 1號出口上來是手扶梯1分鐘，拿行李是從9號出口要過馬路3分鐘，只是很冷的時候，總是希望捷運出口就是飯店。每天提供兩瓶水，有提供牙刷牙膏。房間是低樓層靠大馬路，隔音有點差聽得到車聲。無法代訂炸雞，這點很可惜。可寄放行李。 1樓就有7-11便利商店很方便附近鐵道公園，櫻花季的話是很漂亮的櫻花路

三星集團旗下新羅酒店的中端連鎖品牌。交通很便利，地鐵孔德站1號出口上來轉彎就是，不過沒有電梯，如果行李比較重比較多或者有長者小孩建議從略遠一些的9號出口上來，有電梯。側門出來有家711，正門過個小馬路有家比較小的CU便利店。離各大商圈和景點都不是很遠，坐地鐵都可以到達。房間確實比較小，但和這個價位的日本酒店相比已經大很多了。房間隔音確實不是很好，因為臨街所以即便把窗户關嚴了也有外邊的噪音。牙膏、牙刷等一次性洗漱用品是收費的，1000韓元（大概5塊人民幣）。另外房間裏有兩個三孔的電源插座，插三頭的沒問題，但插兩頭的就非常送，根本用不了。其它沒遇到評論區裏説的那些不愉快的事情。無論前台還是客房服務人員都很熱情，特別是客房服務的大姐還主動詢問需不需要打掃房間，更換了乾淨的浴巾還多給了兩瓶水。入住時不需要收按金，但需要提供一張信用卡，也沒刷，衹是登記了一下卡號。性價比還是比較高的！

這裡很方便，出門就有孔德地鐵站、附近街道也很多小吃店。地點如要安排往汝夷島、弘大、或是直接搭地鐵機場線往仁川都很便利。歐對了可以到韓國體驗剪頭髮跟染髮。

飯店位置方便鄰近地鐵孔德站1號出口，如需達成電梯需由2號出口，房間舒適，清潔備品好用，可惜空間不大沒有全身鏡附近有好吃的pizza店「no more pizza」

位置好好在孔德一號出口打掃都乾淨不過門口感應燈一直自己亮半夜會有鳴聲可能上層正在用熱水？本來關燈睡覺發現門口燈又自己開了決定提早check out 有點不安結論服務 gym room 位置係好價格便宜但不會再光顧重點孔德的牛胸牛骨湯真的好吃！在酒店對面

位置近地鐵孔德站，但酒店寫弘大，離很遠不方便，寫著4星實際3星，所以基本上沒要求，我房間空調系統壞的溫度28度，很燜，很熱，要求換房沒房。還有廁後浴室沒有抽風系統，如大便很臭，洗澡後水蒸汽很多，但因為房間28度散得快。雙人床也太小了，以4星酒店來說，我以後也不會住這了。

第一天進房，在雪櫃底下發現大量垃圾，而房間空調根本沒有製冷，跟前台反映，竟然說沒有辦法，只能給我們風扇解決，只有一個優點就是近地鐵站。

酒店位置佳，鄰近機場地鐵沿線孔德站，房間設計簡約時尚，舒適整潔，惟房間冷氣溫度不可調校，溫度稍高，但整體入住體驗不錯，會再入住。

標準雙人床房因交通方便，已選擇入住機場線孔德站及多條鐵路線到不同位置酒店房大，有足夠空間放置2個大喼 2張床都十分舒適而窗邊有一張超長檯方便放物品廁所空間大，如忘記帶浴室用品，都有齊提供使用整體住宿好酒店樓下有間 7-11、Olive Young、多餐廳機場線弘大或首爾只需搭1個站

交通方便，坐地鐵有行李從2號口坐電梯，沒行李可以1號口走樓梯。房間小，牙刷拖鞋都有。早餐住了4晚天天都一樣。

房間好小，但是離地鐵近，還是蠻方便的。前台小姐姐人也很好，很耐心。就是房間真的太小了，完全就是兩張床，沒有多餘的空間

衛生程度OK嘅酒店樓下隔離都有七仔附近有Oliver Young gym Room都唔錯但係枕頭太軟瞓捩頸
