「ทำเลยอดเยี่ยม วิวสวย แต่ห้องไม่มีอะไรเลยย เก่ามาก ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์มีบิลค่าอาหารที่ไม่ใช่ของเราเรียกเก็บเงินอีก120สวิสฟรัง ต้องชี้แจง ดีนะมีบิลชำระอาหารแล้วในโทรศัพท์ที่่กินก่อนหน้าบิลเท็จ1ชั่วโมง เลยรอดไป พนักงานบางคนก็มองคนเอเชียไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตร บางคนก็ดี แอร์ไม่มีร้อนมาก ไม่ขอพัดลมก็ไม่ให้ คืนละ1หมื่นบาท ทำใจยากครับ อาหารเช้าก็แทบไม่มีอะไรเลย」

「酒店給滿分， 前台的爺爺很紳士， 晚餐服務的爺爺也非常紳士！ 而且晚餐算是在瑞士吃的最好吃的一頓飯。 牛排剛剛好！ 薯條特別正宗。 房間乾淨， 不大，但是竟然還有拖鞋和護髮素。 隔音稍微差一丟丟， 但景色優秀， 超級推薦！！」

「酒店四點入住，房間需要打掃可以理解，可住進去後床單被套還需要自己套算什麼操作……酒店沒有空調至少給個電風扇吧？外面蚊蟲都集羣了也不敢開床和門，悶的不行，神奇的浴室衹給了一塊肥皂….沒拖鞋牙刷的見不少，二千多房價標四星的酒店這沐浴露洗髮水都沒有的還頭次見。完全完全不推薦」

「一個老闆管理整棟酒店和一樓餐廳，哈哈。非常有趣的老闆，酒店房間也還不錯，主要是景觀和陽台讓人非常驚喜，房間設備也還不錯，酒店早餐還挺不錯的，太划算了。酒店步行幾分鐘有一個披薩店味道非常贊！」

「中國人開的，非常有人情味，啤酒，聊天面湖，非常愜意，相約冬天來喂天熱，兒子喜歡到不想走,有點尷尬，哈哈真的很喜歡」

「房間整潔，還有配水，很難得，地理位置景色不錯，特別是早餐時候。可以邊吃早餐邊欣賞瑞士的田園風景，那種感覺非常不錯，非常推薦」

「My daughter and I stayed here for one night while travelling to Italy. It’s convenient and at the same time its position between the lake and mountains enabled us to get a taste of typical Swiss scenery. The staff speak English and it appears the hotel has a lot of British guests from Leger Holidays. Our room was large but very utilitarian. There was no kettle or fridge. We enjoyed our dinner there and breakfast was good although some items were sparse as the coach guests had been through. Our meal was expensive for what it was but we expected that.」

A great selection of toiletries, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent, with the added bonus of made-to-order eggs. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay!」
