Well located in the Scottsdale area with reasonable pricing. Had a great experience staying here for a few nights. The room was clean and the staff were nice, recommend it!

Let me start from check-in. When I arrived to the office, there was a woman waiting in front of me with no employee in sight. A young girl comes to the counter and said, she is new and can't help. I asked if there was anyone there and she said "somewhere". I left the office and went and found an employee cleaning a room and asked her if someone could come check in. She did and said she was doing both jobs. An employee walked in as A customer came in that was already staying there. She then helped this person first before helping those who were waiting to check in. She never even helped with check in. My room was still being cleaned, so I waited. There were no towels but 1 because they were being washed. My room was disgusting. The floors were not cleaned, the counter had an outline of coffee from someone spilling coffee, the bed is an old spring mattress that was like sleeping on bricks and the pillows had hair on them. I had gone back in the office and once again, they helped regular right in the middle of helping me. When I checked out, same thing. I was checking out waiting for her to finish and provide a receipt and another regular walked right up and she forgot about me and helped him. I stood there until she asked if I needed a receipt. This place is gross and that is shocking considering the area. The regulars have priority and the customer service is poor. The only one who was nice was the woman who checked me in, but she cannot clean a room.

We stayed 2 nights at your extended stay. There were bugs in the place and the landscaping done at 7:00 am was loud. Also, my wife slipped and fell on an oily substance in the elevator. I have yet to hear from any member of management, outside of the asst mgr who made a report, about this incident. I’m not a litigious person but this is making me rethink approach.

I showed up for my reservation and the staff member told me my room had already been checked out to someone else even though I had made my reservation/confirmation through ******* weeks prior…I had to find another hotel for the weekend, luckily I found a better hotel 10 mins away for my stay in Arizona.

Good location, helpful staff. Room smelled like feet and felt dirty. Check in lobby smelled like mildew.

The property was pretty much as expected given the area and pricing compared to many around. A reasonable deal for the stay. My only real disappoin**ent was the description of free breakfast was only an oa**eal and coffe bar and not what we had been quit accustomed to in our travels. None the less it served our purpose and was affordable. .

The hotel room was fine, we were in town for the Phoenix Open and the hotel location was perfect. The lady at the front desk was a complete hag, super rude and unfriendly.

The overall cleanliness of this place was terrible. It looked like it hadn't gotten properly cleaned in months. Would not return for the expensive price it was rated.
