Let me start from check-in. When I arrived to the office, there was a woman waiting in front of me with no employee in sight. A young girl comes to the counter and said, she is new and can't help. I asked if there was anyone there and she said "somewhere". I left the office and went and found an employee cleaning a room and asked her if someone could come check in. She did and said she was doing both jobs. An employee walked in as A customer came in that was already staying there. She then helped this person first before helping those who were waiting to check in. She never even helped with check in. My room was still being cleaned, so I waited. There were no towels but 1 because they were being washed. My room was disgusting. The floors were not cleaned, the counter had an outline of coffee from someone spilling coffee, the bed is an old spring mattress that was like sleeping on bricks and the pillows had hair on them. I had gone back in the office and once again, they helped regular right in the middle of helping me. When I checked out, same thing. I was checking out waiting for her to finish and provide a receipt and another regular walked right up and she forgot about me and helped him. I stood there until she asked if I needed a receipt. This place is gross and that is shocking considering the area. The regulars have priority and the customer service is poor. The only one who was nice was the woman who checked me in, but she cannot clean a room.
