Residence Inn Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall

The check-in process could have been way better, seemed a bit disorganized and we had a total of 5 rooms they told some people late check-out was at 1pm others 12:30

It's the smallest, claustrophobic room we've ever had at a Residence Inn. We can barely move around w/o bumping each other.

The bed was very uncomfortable and seemed like an old mattress. The furniture was outdated and horribly stained couches. The staff were amazing just didnt like the room. It would have been fitting if it were a bunch of kids but wasnt my style

We were greeted with a big smile and welcomed immediately at check-in! We were even upgraded to a bigger room just for being a rewards member! We stayed for three nights for a volleyball tournament, and it was the best hotel for that long weekend. The fireplace in the two-bedroom suite was the best part! Thank you for taking care of us! We will definitely be staying there again if we are ever in the area again. Hopefully, we find a hotel like yours for every tournament this year! Thank you!!

A great place for families to stay based the amenities like room options, pet friendly, free breakfast and pool. There is not a hot tub/whirlpool tub. The beds are not comfortable and worn at least in the room we stayed in. They should replace the beds.

The breakfast was excellent. I am gluten and dairy free and I still had breakfast options. They even had oat milk! The place was very clean. Very nice.

Very outdated furniture; mattress on pull out couch was yellowed with stains

The staff was wonderful. Especially the front desk. The studio was laid out wonderfully for remote work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room needed some updates and better cleaning. Please replace the water-stained lampshade in room 215.
