Our stay was not the best. Besides the towel request taking forever to fulfill. The room phone didn't work. Had an ant invasion in the room and they got in my husband luggage. Had to switch rooms and the new room had a plumbing issue and water backed up in shower and sink and toilet didn't flush a few times as it should. Dishes for breakfast area were nasty and dirty. Still had food on it.

GREAT STAFF! We were not aware of Savannah'a HUGE St Patrick's Day celebration and arrived to a city overflowing...but everyone was very helpful and made it possible for us to extend our stay. Our room was spacious and well appointed but the AC unit was very noisy and so close to the bed that we froze when it ran. The bed was comfy. The bathroom fixtures were "loose" - needed some simple repairs and the elevator floor has some damaged tiles, but we would recommend this hotel.

Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, our stay was good! My husband and I visited Savannah with our 6- and 4-year-old daughters. The location was excellent—just a 30-minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to Forsyth Park, and 1 minute to Publix, J.Crew Factory Store, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and a gas station. The breakfast was great. However, when we first entered the room, it had a weird smell. Additionally, there was a door in the middle of the room, and we could hear conversations from the adjacent room quite clearly.

This was not our original reservation. We were relocated here by ******* because the original hotel did not have WiFi available. We got here and found out the pool was out of service, which was sad but we needed WiFi more so we let it go. Our first room, the door didn’t lock, so then was transferred to another room. I’m not sure if this is typical but it was just a bad day for us in general… 2hours later, we were still trying to check in any hotel with the amenities we wanted so we can go out and enjoy Savannah. Staff here is ok. I wouldn’t say they’re extremely welcoming but they’re not too too friendly. Our room couldn’t lock, and felt more like it was a hassle for front desk than for us. The original hotel had an even worse staff so I guess maybe it’s the area. Who knows but we’re fine…didn’t let it ruin our stay. We keep it moving! The room itself is amazing. It’s roomy and had extra space to do work, kitchenette, and the huge fridge was not expected. And the pool is indoor, even though we didn’t have a chance to use it. It’s good to know for winter time and We would definitely come back to stay again!

It's dirty and there are bugs, and when I turn on the heater in the room, the air conditioner on the sofa bed side doesn't work, and the control is broken so it doesn't work, and when I call the staff, they don't come, and I get bitten by bugs and it's itchy.
