薩凡納市區/歷史區萬怡飯店

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to sights very pleased with hotel. Excellent nights, sleep. Very friendly staff.

We requested a room that was quiet with a view but was put in a front road facing view that had absolutely terrible road noise, we did not rest for the entire trip, it was bad!

We had a slight issue at check-in we were given a studio king instead of the room we booked a 1 bedroom king suite. We were able to get the issue resolved quickly and the front desk person even personally changed the sheets on our bed to get our room ready. She definitely went above and beyond.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The valet staff was excellent and one young lady escorted me to my room (as I am disabled) when my family dropped me off after dinner. She was so thoughtful. Wish I would have gotten her name. It was a Thursday evening.

Great experience, The were friendly and helpful! Within walking distance of most of the shops, museums and restaurants there.

Staff was not helpful and acted as an inconvenience to be asked a question.

Estuvo bien.

The room was perfect, large and very clean. Beds were comfortable and they actually had great pillows and not those that are flat no matter how many you use. Everyone was friendly from the valet, the front desk and the dining area. Location was perfect and so was the price.
