房間偏小，早餐一般，不是特別符合價格吧，外觀不錯

I feel like there is zero value here. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and got a dirty coffee machine( the water holding compartment was full of some flakey stuff), a dirty sink, no toiletries, and a banged up and super loud a/c. The staff however were super nice! However, I will never stay here again as I paid $900 for two nights stay, and the rooms are just standard rooms. I could have stayed anywhere for that kind of money. One of the fees was a “destination” fee for $25. Yay! I arrived. Charge me money?

Hotel staff was rude. Room was dirty and toilet ran all night for two nights. Hotel went off line and no use of registers Over charged me car parking when I didn’t have a car. Very disappoint

Great place, everything close to everything, clean rooms , great service

Being stuck in their elevator. 15-20 min to check in. $48 for parking. $25 resort free for water and coffee. Dirty sheets. Noisey old hvac system. Terrible drinks at the bar...tasted like chemicals. Restaurant kitchen was closed at 7:30pm on a Thursday. Breakfast restaurant had a long wait, under staffed. Took 15 jusy to clear dirty plates from previous customers. Will never return to this place. Would rather sleep on the street or in my car for free.

Check in was ridiculous. Everyone had to wait till 4pm to check in, which made that process long and ridiculous. Ashley was working as fast as she could but when you have 15 guests checking in her fastest wasn’t working. The little store in the hotel was empty and not restocked the next day. There was no cook on Sunday to even order breakfast if you wanted it. Tried to call guest services multiple times from the room and never got an answer. The view from the room was good and the valet service was expensive but they were fast and nice.

Over booked the hotel. We arrived with no rooms. I booked 2 rooms for seven of us for a bachelorette weekend. Tried to give us a room with people in the room already. I pressed the issue they gave us a voucher to Holliday Inn Express. Arrived there found out only 1 night on voucher , had to call Indigo manager who blocked my call. The Holliday Inn Express staff had to call to verify the voucher was for two nights. We finally got our rooms around 9:30 pm. It’s was a disaster with Indigo Hotel. I would never recommend or stay there. The people at Holiday Inn Express were awesome and very thankful they could accommodate us. I booked the two rooms a month in advance and had called the Indigo Hotel three times to make sure we were set prior to arrival. All three times I was told everything was good with our rooms . It was unacceptable to arrive and be told we have no rooms due to over booking after I had already paid $1455 for two nights. ******* needs to take this hotel off there sight.

I paid for a studio suit with a sofa bed and two twin beds for our group of 6 people (including a 4 years old little kid and a fragile senior) to rest for a night during a road trip. Called the hotel on check in day to confirm everything was ok with our room and to notify we would be arriving late, around 2:00 am. I was told everything was ok and we could arrive anytime before 3am. We showed to the hotel at 1:30am and they said didn’t have our studio suite, they wanted to give us a regular room with ONE bed for 6 people!! After waiting about 1h in the middle of the night with a very tired little kid and elderly grandpa we were offered to pay $500 for the studio suit l had already paid for, or to spend the few hours of night left in a regular room with two twin beds. And $48 for about 5h of valet parking.

Needs cleaning, friendly staff, and be honest with guest they had in there site free breakfast and that is not true they charge you at the end of your stay the hotel has coaches they laughed when I show them the pic not a good experience at all

No hot water

Liked the location and that is walking distance to shopping and dining, also parking garage is so close by and only 20 for 24hrs. The staff were pleasant and room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was up to date and stylish. My only complaint (and it wasn't the hotels fault except possiblylooking into better insulation) was the obnoxious hollering/yelling coming from people walking through the alleyway leaving the bars at 3:00AM. The sounds echoed through the parking garage. Needless to say, out weekendend getaway resulting in no sleep.
