Holiday Inn 薩拉託加溫泉(Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs)

Property is old but could be more welcoming. Staff seemed pretty inattentive. I stayed for 4 night, my room was only serviced once, with no real explanation. Walls are thin, the noise is quite disruptive. There was construction next door, which was not disclosed and by day two of my stay there was major construction in the lobby area with was loud and dirty - again, this was not disclosed by the hotel upon booking or checking in. The restaurant is horrible. Do not waste your time or money.

Very nice stay, church bells early in am were a bit annoying. Parking spaces seemed oddly narrow. Otherwise nice stay.

The room was semi ok and the bathroom was disgusting! Shower curtain was disgusting with stains and spots. Hair all over the bathroom inside the shower tub floor door ceiling not sure what the hell happened in there… How about some exhaust fans in the bathroom? You get out of the shower and you need another shower because you’re sweating to death because it’s so hot in there and there’s no place for the air to go or steam. The bed headboard and side boards holding the mattress we’re covered in dust and we are black dirt looking stuff. Refrigerator had someone’s food in it they forgot their leftovers. The hairdryer… Gross. And the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available to put us in. Other than that convenient location we were going to.

Calme, chambre spacieuse, lit confortable

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay on a roadtrip to Vermont. While checking in we realized that the town was experiencing a power outage. I completely that a power outage is something out of their control but having zero access to lighting, food, vending machines, ice, and heat in 19 degree weather with 2 children was not a pleasant experience. We had to be guided to our room by a hotel employee by flashlight and navigate our room via phone flashlight until early into the morning hours. The hotel was unwilling to accommodate any type of compensation refund or even offer a free breakfast. Overall extremely displeased.

Really cold (ice) water in the sink all the time. Took 4-5 minutes running on high to even warm up to washable temps.. room walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors talking all night long!!

Great experience. Few people can’t park to save their life and took up 3 extra parking spaces but overall great experience.

Nice Hotel. In house bar/restaurant. Little walk into town. Only issue is check out is at 11. Housekeeping should not be knocking on the door at 8am.

The hotel staff was professional and courteous. The room was spotless and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Van service is always an extra plus.
