Infested with Roaches had to leave after a 3-1/2 hr ride there ,

En mi opinión no es un hotel es como un complejo de viviendas mi habitación era para no fumadores y la habitación olía muy mal me cargaron a mi tarjeta $100.00 y aún sigo esperando mi devolución del dinero no es un hotel familiar no lo recomiendo en nada la aplicación expedía no debe promocionar este hotel súper 8 para nada ——— Housing complex. My room was non-smoking and the room smelled very bad. They charged my card $100.00 and I'm still waiting for my money back. It's not a family hotel. I don't recommend it at all. The application was issued. You shouldn't promote this super 8 hotel at all

In my 35 years of traveling this has been the worst hotel experience I have EVER had! I pulled up to check in at the super 8 hotel in Sarasota. Upon checking in I was only provided with 1 room key. I asked for a second and was told if I lose this one or get locked out I can come to the front they are open 24 hours and would be provided with another key. I get to my room to do my normal room check to see if there are clean sheets and fresh towels, only to find there are guest already in the room. Roaches and bed bugs that is.I immediately went to the front office to speak to the same front desk attendant that checked me in about the guest in the room. She asked if I already used the room, in which I replied absolutely not I was just here 5 min ago, pulled the sheets back and showed her the bug issue . She called a house keeper and they both followed me back to the room so that I can prove that I saw what I saw. When we all got to the room, the front desk attendant accused me of using the room because the bed sheet and comforter were pulled back. However it did not take long for us to see the creatures in the room. The house keeper mentioned they just had a pest control guy that came and maybe that’s why they were all out and sleeping in the bed. She mentioned she just cleaned room 206 upstairs and suggested to move me. The same issue with the room infestation everywhere. Because I complained 2 days later the manager kicked me and my family out leaving us with no hotel strand

This was a business trip. No wifi. Could not sleep neighbors were screaming making loud noises all night. Fights outside my unit. I was afraid to go outside to speak to front desk about these issues. Could not leave my unit afraid for my life to step outside my door. Bugs in my bed sheets has cigarette hole burns in them. Floors were dirty. Room had a terrible smell to it. Contacted owner he laughed at me then hung up. Tried to call him numerous times to resolve the issue. No response. When on the property all they did was asked me to speak with the housekeeper upon check out time. Poor management. Argumentative so unprofessional. Unclean. I may have bed bugs now I am allergic

The motel did not have my booking. Had to pay a higher price. Terrible service by *******. No way I could talk to an ******* person. Online support tool is useless. Couldn't even find my itinerary even though I sent the number. Will not use ******* again.

Il y avait des restes d’autres clients dans le frigo. La chambre n’était pas propre! Des traces de précédents clients dans les sanitaires. Le buffet du petit déjeuner médiocre était dans un état très sale. Ce n’est pas du tout à hauteur du standard Wyndham que nous connaissons et apprécions

El peor hotel q me he hospedado en los Estados Unidos muy malo mal olor a cigarro en las habitaciones el piso sucio polvo fatal nunca se hospeden ahí los cubre DNAs sucios no lo recomiendo

The room was actually pretty decent except the door almost hits the bed when you walk in, and the bathroom light is around the corner from the bathroom. The wet bar is a wonderful feature. The staff that we saw were very friendly. The stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep and narrow.
