You will have complete access to the home.You can check yourself in with the key located in the lock box. We will provide you with the code a few days before your trip.There are two total bedrooms - 1 QUEEN bed in each room. The living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV. The home offers one full bathroom and is also equipped with a full kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen both have in-floor heating adjustable by thermostat.Parking available right on site - Maximum number of cars = 2. If you require more than 2 cars, please message me to inquire about availability.Our home was built in the 1930s, while still maintaining its shape, my family and I have worked tirelessly to make it a home where we can come to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. While we offer our home as a rental to our guests, we do have a few things we'd like to disclose to you prior to booking:- The bathroom door does not currently have a lock. The door itself closes but it is currently not capable of locking.- We have child proofed most outlets in the home with the option given to our guests to have more plugs available if needed. There is a baby/child gate available in the bedroom closet. We also have an infant inflatable bath tub and also a versatile bath tub. Even with these provided amenities the staircase as shown in the picture can be fairly steep and may pose a safety concern for toddlers.- Our home is equipped with a combi boiler. This is a modern efficient boiler that is VERY quiet, 95% efficient, thus reducing our carbon footprint which we are very happy about. The drawback to this is when showering - in order to maintain a steady flow of hot water, no other appliance that uses water should be used at the same time. This includes the dishwasher, laundry machines, faucets, even using the toilet may disrupt the hot water flow. This is very important as we would hate to have our guests be surprised if the hot water suddenly runs cold. We are very happy of our small cute getaway home but do know that certain guests have superior expectations. If you can accept these minimal flaws, then we are happy to host you and have you enjoy the comfort of our home. Our home is a continued work in progress and we are excited to continue adding to it to make it fun and relaxing for all of our guests. Rented space consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decks, garage, back yard and dock on Lake Flower. Boathouse is off limits. No smoking, no swimming, no pets.Bedrooms: Two upstairs bedrooms with full beds, one upstairs bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and pull-out couch. Attractions: A grocery store, restaurants and a liquor store are within .5 miles of the house and easy to walk to. Downtown Saranac Lake is only 1.5 miles away. Walk, drive or ride your bike to see what beautiful downtown Saranac Lake has to offer!Enjoy activities during all seasons in Saranac Lake and the surrounding area. In the summer, Lake Flower offers access to several lakes including Oseetah and Kiwassa. Or be adventurous and go through the locks to the Saranac Lakes. Appointed in classic Adirondack style this fully winterized cozy waterfront cabin has a full kitchen, living room and private hot tub, fire pit, paddle boat for two and a tandem kayak. Just 25' to the waterfront this modified A frame has its own sandy beach and access to over 50 miles of contiguous waterways, and lakes via Oseetah, Kiwassa, Lower and Middle Saranac Lakes. The cabin is located just one mile to town and shopping in Saranac Lake and is located on what is called the narrows of Lake Flower. You may hear boat traffic passing in front of the cabin, canoer's and kayakers are often paddling by close to shore and occasionally vehicle traffic across the lake as the cabin is about 150 yards across the lake to the other side of the shore and is not ultra secluded but no one can see you naked.
