La chambre était petite, mais propre. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Ce serait bien d’avoir un réfrigérateur dans la chambre!

We stayed two nights in cold rainy weather, but the hotel was a highlight of our trip.Large rooms high ceilings and updated. Nicely taken care of, and we enjoy the vintage touches from the grand style of living. Staff that we interacted with at reception and breakfast was very friendly and professional.

The Good: clean, safe, convenient, walkable, easy parking, shops, restaurants, staff, the ADK vibe while staying in a very comfortable hotel. The Bad: still thinking...oh, yeah, leaving.

This hotel had the best staff, the best food, and the best location. We will be recommending it to everyone we know and definitely will be returning.

Beautiful accommodations. Staff were so friendly. The food at Camp Fire was amazing. Special shout out to Tyler and Alejandra - for outstanding service!

Staying at this lovely old hotel is like a step back in time but with all wonderful modern amenities. Rooms are comfy and handsome and interesting. So much fun to stay here! Staff is the best!

Love the hotel in a way that it is a historical landmark but super clean and new inside. Will come back!

This was our first time staying at Hotel Saranac and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in December. Check-in and check-out were effortless and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the restaurant in the hotel, Campfire Adirondack Bar Grill, definitely get the burger, my husband hasn’t stopped talking about it, one of the best he’s had and the temperature was perfect. The craft cocktail at the restaurant and the bar on the second floor were delicious and were perfect for the season. Parking was free and very easy to find as it’s right next to the property. The hotel is also walking distance to the town and local shops. Highly recommended the Blue Moon Cafe 10/10. We’re already planning our stay to come back in the summer for some hiking and we’ll be staying here again.
