歐瑪聖托裡尼飯店(Nobu Hotel Santorini)

Sur la promenade entre IOA et FIRA nous nous sommes arrêtés boire une bière et 700ml d'eau. Résultat 22€ l'ensemble. Ça fait cher la pose. Ne pensez pas que ce soit la bière la plus chère des deux boissons. Eau 12€ bière 10€.Le cadre est sympa. A ÉVITER

Nous sommes restés à cet hotel en Juui 2023. L’hotel est magnifique avec une vue spectaculaire sur la caldera. Le personnel de l’hotel est très attentif. Par contre le managere général de l’hôtel était complètement inutile. Le petit déjeuner peut-être n’était pas vraiment bien organisé mais la serveuse était hyper gentille. Les photos sur le site de l’hotel sont un peu desceuventes.

Péssimo, eu não costumo avaliar hotéis porque acho que muitos comentários também dependem do nosso estado de espírito, mas esse eu tinha mesmo que fazer. 1- quando chegas das logo de cara com a área que supostamente seria a área reservada do hotel, ou seja, a piscina está virada para a rua, onde passam pedestres e os carros, sem privacidade nenhuma, a recepção está em frente a piscina e o restaurante não tem proteção nenhuma contra o vento, na primeira hora vi cadeiras, copos e garrafas a serem levadas pelo vento. 2- quando fomos fazer o checkin a senhora muito simpática disse que “nos oferecia um quarto melhor que o nosso pelo mesmo preço” tretas! Reservamos um quarto no primeiro andar com piscina e vista para a frente do hotel e o que ela fez foi nos colocar em um quarto virado para a parte de trás do hotel onde estão restos de obras e cheio de lixo, com uma piscina cheia de lodo e com a pintura do fundo da piscina soltando. Um nojo🤢 e quando fui reclamar e dizer que agradecia a oferta mas que queria o quarto que reservei ela disso que o quarto que reservamos não estava disponível. Oi seja “ colocaram outros hóspedes no nosso quarto e nos jogaram para o outro que com certeza quem reservou também não quis 🤬 3- a comida do restaurante da piscina é péssima… e para um hotel acabado de estrear a limpeza ainda não passou por aqui. Resumindo, simplesmente horrível e custa uma fortuna, pagamos mais de seis mil euros por três noites 🤷🏻‍♀️ se querem um hotel com privacidade para descansar não venham para o nobu!

The price advertised by ******* and paid for was not honored by the hotel. I was Advertised and paid for a a discounted fee and “4th night free” upon arriving at the hotel, thousands of dollars of hidden fees and NO discounted rate per night, and NO fourth night free. After my stay when i received my bill i contacted ******* and they told me i needed To take it up with the hotel. And on top of it the hotel room description and pictures were completely false advertisement. Such a shame.

First thing wrong. The hotel did not honor my booking price with *******. They charged me normal rates off of their websites and then an additional 90 per person per night. Amount other unexplained charges. Second, the description of the rooms DID NOT match and WERE NOT AT ALL ACURATE. I actually have a very long list like, sewage smell in rooms, dirty used slippers, no doors on bathrooms or rooms, scary bad area view from room, no “living area” as described in room description. LOTS of bugs and ants, FLY infested. Food not great. Really just not up to NOBU standards. Waste of money wish i stayed Somewhere with prettier room views felt like i was in a dongeon. Oh and when they gave me a filthy glass by the pool and i mentioned It had lipstick and finger prints all over it and asked for a new glass they said they didn’t see what i was Talking about. Oh no shower head in the shower.

Stunning hotel. Views over the Caldera are magnificent, we swam lengths in the infinity pool over looking the view every day at it was incredible. Sunsets views are uninterrupted, peaceful, and so beautiful. The room was perfect; spacious, comfortable, cool, smelled amazing. We made use of the gym, which was nicely equipped. Food, as expected, was delicious at every occasion. However, the thing that really sets Nobu apart are the staff. Helpful, friendly, welcoming - it was a pleasure to spend time in an environment with them all.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days during our honeymoon in early Oct 2022. We were looking forward to receiving the same 5-star service that we had received the previous year at Nobu Mykonos. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case… Our room, supposedly one of the nicest, stunk like sewage, the in-room phone didn’t work, and the plunge pool wasn’t clean (nor warm). We tried addressing the issues with hotel manager Marta who apologized but never quite got everything up to par. The hotel location is also not ideal as it sits in between the two main towns and the only food option is Nobu. Far from the 5-star service of other Nobu hotels we’ve stayed at. If you’re looking for a “resort” style hotel this is NOT the hotel for you.

I echo everything Danielle T said in her review from July 2023 - this hotel is stunning and serves as the perfect place to stay when visiting Santorini. The views from our room and the hotel pool area were amazing. The hotel's location on a cliff overlooking the caldera, just outside the town of Imerovigli, and right on the walking trail is excellent. You are removed from the crowds, but can easily access other areas of the island if you desire. Nobu food never disappoints and after traveling and eating traditional Greek cuisine for many days, it was a nice change. The staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. Prices in Santorini are higher than the mainland or Crete, but my husband and I felt we had a luxurious stay that included all of the amenities you would want so overall it was a good value. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
