竹屋(Bamboo House)

Excelente relación calidad-precio El lugar está muy bien ubicado cerca a todo y en una zona segura, el estado en general está bien tiene habitacion cómoda, con buen aire acondicionado y tv funcionando, agua caliente ok, al ingresar encuentras un olor a humedad que se va apenas prendes el aire, la única queja fue la intermitencia del wifi. Por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien

No tenía agua el baño para duch**** cuando me desperté y cuánto les informe el personal me dio una mala respuesta tuve que tomar un culto sin bañera me horrible nunca en mi vida name había pasado, no pidieron disculpas ni buscaron una solución

The place was nice I can't complain at all the air conditioning wasn't as strong as I thought it was and the bathroom needs a little bit of tlc. The glass for the shower was loose. The lighting for the ceiling in had an exposed hole in it. The towel rack holder where it used to be had the holder there but no rack which I found strange.

I stay 1 night there, it was just a little complicated the communication to access to the building, and pictures of the rooftop are not update, the terrace doesnt look like that anymore! Except that, the rooms are clean, modern, comfortable with space, very comfy ; )

Just a room, Staff didn’t clean till i checked out.

Cute, clean, great location for exploring the colonial area. Unfortunately we could not stay due to inconsiderate hotel guests and no on-site hotel representative to address excessive noice, hallway fights, music and inappropriate behaviours. Had to end our stay due to fear and frustration from other guests. As indicated in their add….”no refunds”. Paid for two nights, stayed for one and resulted in zero sleep. Tried to contact property representative when issues and excessive noice became unbearable 10:50 pm and received no response until after 5am, just when the loud music shut off and the sexual moaning ceased. Very unprofessional!
