一家真正物有所值的酒店。房間清潔不太好。房間之間的牆壁薄得像紙一樣。前台人員很周到。有一天早上我們下樓吃早餐,衛生狀況非常糟糕,我們一進休息室就幾乎無法離開。飯店沒有停車場;街對面有付費停車場,24小時250土耳其里拉。

Bathroom did not have tooth brush and tooth paste , first hotel that I see they charge extra for using swimming pool They should have mentioned this clearly in hotel description Breakfast was not bad but it was same meal daily

According to my knowledge , Green Park Hotels are one of the famous chain hotels in Turkey. but here is my worst experience in Istanbul : Dirty room ( even checked as just cleaned : hairs on bed sheets and floor) Dirty Bathroom/ WC ( even with just put sanitized label : hairs in bath and stains on wc) Currupted window ( even asked to repair for 4 times as it wouldn`t close properly) Empty mini bar (attached pic) Poor breakfast ( with reference of 4star hotel) Dissatisfied employees ( as nobody cares on the mentioned problems ) So while there was no sign of improvement , I highly rocommanded to NOT stay and waste your money ...

Let me introduce you to the worst hotel in the world… After a year, I went to visit my family (my elderly parents and two brothers) at the Green Park Taksim Hotel. We had booked two rooms. When we arrived and were about to go out to explore Istanbul, we realized that the door of one of the rooms wouldn’t lock. We told the reception, and a technician came and said it would take five minutes to fix it. It ended up taking over an hour, and he still couldn’t fix it (imagine my elderly parents standing in the hallway all this time). After an hour, reception finally gave us another room. In that second room, the safe and air conditioner were completely broken. The technician came in with a cigarette in his mouth and said, “Just change the room.” So, we moved to a third room. This time, when we used the sink, the bathroom would flood like a pool. Then we were moved to a fourth room—the AC and fridge were broken. I went to the reception and said, “What is this? We’ve changed four rooms and every one of them has had problems!” The rude and disrespectful receptionist said, “I’ll refund your money, go stay somewhere else… all the hotels in Istanbul are like this,” and when I asked for a discount or some compensation for all the trouble, they laughed and said, “The police are on our side, go file a complaint, foreigner.” If it weren’t for my elderly parents, I wouldn’t have stayed a single moment in this dump. The rooms are hot, unequipped, broken, old, and dirty. The receptionists are completely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. The pool and sauna cost 500 lira per person, which is more expensive than even the private spa centers in the city. In short, if you want to waste your money, stay at this hotel. Otherwise, it’s better to sleep on the street than to stay at the so-called Green Park Taksim Hotel—a rundown place with unbelievably rude staff that makes it even worse than you can imagine.

It was a nice hotel overall; the breakfast was very good; the room was very clean; the staff were polite and helpful. the best location; safe and easy access; Room size was OK; Bath room equipment was new

工作人員熱情友好,前台熱情周到,樂於助人。早餐豐富多樣,包括煎餅和各種其他菜餚。房間乾淨舒適,提供免費茶、咖啡和飲用水。從現在開始,我們下次來伊斯坦堡一定會入住塔克西姆格林帕克酒店。

工作人員太棒了!前台的Ibrahim小伙子太棒了!非常有禮貌,他立即為我服務了!他給了我必要的指導,儘管我的預訂應用程式出了錯誤,但他還是幫我安排了一間非常漂亮的房間!飯店乾淨、現代、整潔,所有空間都散發著清新的氣息!我一定會再來的!

It is the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life the only positive point about this hotel is beeing near taksim . In rooms u hear sound of cars and bars playing music mini bars doesnt work in rooms in fact they dont have any refrigirator hair dryer doesnt work they dont give u toilet paper enough the phone in room doesnt work I suggest u not ti choose this hotel ever😤😤😤

The hotel is very clean and the staff are really helpful and polite I had breakfast but they was always a big verity off choices I always had the fruit and was always fresh and merdan kashier always had a smile and was very polite will come back again

The location is good. The staff try hard to not help you. Breakfast is very bad especially warm ones. Rooms are small and aren't clean. Furnitures are old and need to be replaced. There isn't mini bar in rooms. Towels are ragged and aren't clean.

When i checked in my bed was not clean so i asked them to change the bed they sed they will check but nothing happend that day so again the day after i told them but again they also did nothig and are room wasnt clean there was trash around and they have not but out the tarsh at all cus when i came in the trash can was full

Visited the hotel for a school trip to Istanbul a couple of days ago. Our room had an amazing view from the 9th floor, and it was very clean. We never had a problem with room service. Also, the breakfast they offered was great, with a variety of foods and something different for everyone. My only complaint is that there wasn’t any noise insulation between rooms so we could sometimes hear neighbours talking. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay, and I recommend it.

Went here as a family and my first time ever visiting Istanbul. I did not know what to expect and was not told to stay away from this hotel or area. Arrived at the hotel and was met with a deep 5 step entrance with revolving doors. As we had a wheelchair user with us, we did not expect this and it was a nightmare! I went to speak to the receptionist about getting some sort of ramp for us but they were dismissive and very rude about the fact that we had a wheelchair! I did not expect this level of service anyone in my life and was taken aback. When I went outside, a kitchen staff saw us and suggested we go through the back entrance and use the ramp they had for deliveries. The ramp was literally two rails that was tight for the purpose built wheelchair we had. It was a struggle to go through the back entrance and it was the first/last time we used it. We tipped the kitchen staff as he was very nice to us and even helped push the wheelchair up the steep ramp. When we eventually went to check in, the staff were disinterested and abrupt, not a nice experience as you can imagine after the ordeal of getting into the hotel. They gave us a room key and said off you go. They did not offer to help us with our luggage and were visibly relieved we were going to our room. When we went into the room, it stank of cigarettes even though it is a none smoking hotel. When I went to reception to complain about this they said in broken English that it is maybe me that smells of smoke, even though I don't smoke! The cheek of them! I literally grabbed a bell boys hand, took him to the room which he was angry accompanying me and when he walked into the room the anger disappeared from his face and he whispered "sorry yes yes" indicating that he smells the smoke too. We were assigned another room that looked good at first but once we settled and took a nap we noticed this room was terrible. The door panel was caving in and was more and more difficult to open the door everyday, a clear health and safety issue (what if there was a fire and the door couldn't open for us to escape?!). To make matters worse, all the rooms' door panels were incredibly narrow, this meant the wheelchair we had did not fit and unfortunately everytime we entered/left the room the wheelchair user had to stand up with great difficulty and we had to fold/unfold the wheelchair in/out of the room so they can sit back down. This resulted into two falls for the disabled guest and the hotel staff didn't even care. When I told the hotel staff about the caving door panel, they were rolling their eyes and mumbling under their breaths until I went and took pictures of the door, the dysfunctional bathroom (bidet knob had fallen off and couldn't be used, shower sliding doors leaked water all on the floor when you take a shower, towel rack fallen off and held together with a paper towel and nail combination - something I had never seen before and now regret not taking a picture of!). After two miserable stays
