Mazal, Anastassiya, Elena, Adan, all in the executive lounge are amazing! I am here weekly flying and the Sheraton team are always so amazing and take care of us. Such a great experience for Bonvoy. I was in Johannesburg, Duabi, and Paris the weeks before this all Marriott properties. The team at Tel Aviv Sheraton are above them all. A+

We spent 2 weeks at this hotel and it was wonderful on every level. Many positive changes since our last pre pandemic visit. I highly recommend the club lounge - the staff is fantastic and Mazal welcomed us with a beautiful seafront room and was always available to help in every way. The chef, Alex always provided amazing meals - we always looked forward to seeing what creative dishes he’d come up with. Lastly, the daily morning breakfasts in the lower level dining room were off the charts - the variety of offerings, coupled with an efficient and friendly staff made for very enjoyable mornings. Pool is beautiful, very clean, great bar and location terrific. We highly recommend the Grand Sheraton

I came here for henna/wedding and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in the area! The club lounge is really great and the staff is super helpful and attentive. Elena Maria Adan Arseniy were all very helpful and great to talk to. The recommended restaurants and tours all worked out great. Especially for platinum or above member, there’s a lot of values. The breakfast is also excellent. Every day the breakfast is a little different which is great. The lounge even has small bites at night which is handy if you have to do work. I recommend booking tours thru the hotel.

Love this hotel. My “go-to” whenever I’m in tel aviv given it’s proximity to the beach and value for money unlike some of the other pricier ones (kempinski, intercontinental). The pool area is super spacious with more than enough room for all the guests. And the bar staff at the pool is amazing. Pedro and Ital are an absolute delight! The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in the world. A lot of typical fresh and healthy Israeli dishes paired with your usual American fare. You can spend hours trying every dish on offer and still not get through it all! Don’t hesitate on booking here. Request a north/west facing rooms towards the pool and the sea. Best view in the city!

Estivemos por 4 noites em Tem Aviv neste hotel. Eu, minha esposa e nosso bebê de quase 2 anos. O hotel está muito bem localizado de frente para o mar. Nosso quarto tinha uma vista excelente de frente para o mesmo. Mas o diferencial em Israel foi o atendimento, muito melhor que em todos os outros lugares. Em especial do nosso, agora amigo, Pedro Duarte, que atende primariamente no bar da piscina. Além de ser um cara muito legal, foi incansável em tornar a nossa estadia o melhor possível. Deu muitas dicas quentes do que fazer na cidade, onde ir, o que comprar. E foi excepcional quando nosso bebê teve um problema alimentar. Mesmo no dia de folga entrou em contato com o chef do restaurante, o qual prontamente nos enviou alimento para o quarto. Sem custos e com os cumprimentos do chef. O Pedro poderia muito bem gerenciar qualquer área do hotel! Muito obrigado!

Sheraton grab Tel Aviv is amazing, breakfast is super, lobby bar great, but the most is the renewed pool, if you have a chance go to the pool bar and look for Pedro, he is the best, the best service ever and always with that big smile, ask for one of his amazing drinks and relax having the best time ever

Was in TelAviv on a family trip. The service was phenomenal, from the efficiency at checkin to the friendly and attentive services in the executive lounge. Sheraton delivers consistently with high quality service that is unparallelled. Special shout-out to Maria, Elena, Sophia, and the entire staff who have been very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I observed them helping a handicapped guest, with such loving attention, as if they were taking care of their own family member. Thank you for a most comfortable and relaxing executive level experience.

Mon épouse et moi avons effectué un séjour dans cet hôtel durant 16 jours. Tout est très bien la chambre, le calme, la piscine . Une seule chose manque cruellement le service au restaurant, c'est une véritable catastrophe, je suis restaurateur depuis 35 ans donc je sais de quoi je parle. Le personnel n'a aucune expérience et semble être complètement perdu dans la salle. L'encadrement est inexistant et tout aussi incompétent. Pour un hôtel de ce standing ça la fout tarte. Dommage.

Phenomal service all around and great location. Everyone I interacted with on staff was very helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciate Agustine and Janice from the waitstaff on the 18th floor lounge working with me and my team over multiple days

Хочу особо выделить чистоту, дисциплину и порядок в отеле, это ощущается сразу со входа. Хорошие, чистые номера, хороший контроль и уборка номеров (наш номер был 1617). Питание очень понравилось, всегда свежее и вкусное, вежливый и коммуникабельный персонал, осталось очень приятное впечатление. Больше всего времени мы проводили на 18 этаже в клаб лаундже и во многом благодаря персоналу. Хочу отметить сотрудников Елену, Ребекку, Марию, Анастасию и Адана. Их забота и профессионализм всегда были на высшем уровне. Отдельная благодарность их менеджеру Мазаль и в целом руководству отеля. От всей души хочу порекомендовать отель Шератон в Тель Авиве! Мы проживали тут почти два месяца и ощущали тут себя как дома. Очень теплая и дружелюбная атмосфера во всем отеле, вкусная еда и внимательный персонал. Особенно хочу выделить персонал в ресторане внизу ( помню только двух Марков), не помню имя девушки, которая готовит пиццу - но она замечательная! Отдельная большая благодарность персоналу клаб лаунджа на 18 этаже - сервис всегда на высшем уровне. Особо хочу отметить менеджера Мазаль, официантов Елену и Ребекку, а также сотрудников на ресепшене - Марию, Анастасию и Адана. Great hotel. We got an updated room with a fabulous view of the beach. Particularly liked the lounge with its wide variety of food/snack options and the possibility to taste Israeli wine! The lounge staff was exceptional starting with the manager, Mazal and including Anastasia, Janice, Elena & Mary Ann. We plan to be back again.
