中央公園塔度假村(Central Park Tower)

Terrible experience. We arrived to a dirty apar**ent that was in bad condition and had a strong smell of mould, probably due to the constant water leak coming out from under the sink cupboard (though they denied this was even happening). We opened the curtains in the living room to see a construction site only metres from the balcony. This is not what the photos on the site show. It looks like a lovely, light apar**ent. The staff were intolerant and unwilling to help rectify anything but the cleaners, who I insisted come to clean before we got settled, we’re good. The water in the pool (which looks good in the photos) was cloudy and the area was dirty so we did not even use it. There was also a problem with the hot water which was eventually sorted. We would never stay here again.

Pool was dirty. Glass around pool dirty. Construction next door was not a good view. Gym was fine. Staff was excellent. Bathroom dirty. Shower broken.

The staff was extremely helpful and awesome.

La ubicación es muy buena, los apartamentos están bien equipados incluyendo lavadora y secadora. Puedes caminar a restaurantes, hasta el Agora Mall, pequeños centros de tiendas, supermercado etc., el estacionamiento es gratis, la zona es bonita y segura.También ofrecen ayuda para alquiler de carros y transporte privado y todo el personal es muy atento y cordial. El problema es el mantenimiento del edf., que deja mucho que desear. En el 1er apto, caía agua desde el techo del baño y de la cocina, el problema fue arreglado al día siguiente. También había un fuerte olor a cigarro tuvimos que abrir el balcón durante 2 días para ventilar el apto. En el segundo apto., habían cucarachas!!!! inmediatamente enviaron un fumigador, lo que no mejoró el problema. Las areas comunes no son limpias y se sienten todo tipo de olores en los pasillos. Hay problemas con el ruido, no sólo dentro del edificio sino con los edificios aledaños ya que estan todos muy pegados y todo se escucha.

Muy linda propiedad, area limpia, area tranquila con fácil acceso a resturantes, centros comerciales. Etc.
