The hotel overall was good. The location was convenient to all the things I wished to frequent. The staff was mostly friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

I booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. I am not a local, I live 30 miles away. Trip.com is a professional and efficient business. They refunded the money immediately. Much appreciate for great service with Trip.com! Jennifer Jiampietro

This motel became a Quality Inn between the time of my reservation and the time of my stay. It was newly renovated and very clean, but I wish I'd been able to tell from the pictures at the time that the doors open to the exterior of the building, so there was noise, a lot of walking and stomping, outside my window. The person who greeted us at check-in wasn't very friendly. I guess we got what we paid for. If cost is the deciding factor for you, then this motel offers cleanliness at a low rate. (At least it's clean for now.)

I was going to write a long review detailing my stay to try and give context for "sometimes these things happen" but I just can't. DON'T STAY HERE. I arrived at 9:30 pm (late check in after 9) after a long day of driving. It took the front desk 10 minutes to answer the door after calling and ringing the bell repeatedly. At check-in the guy took a phone call instead of helping and made little to no eye-contact. It was really inhospitable and frankly, unfriendly. I wish I had left when I got a bad vibe then. I stayed here for the cleanliness and here is what I experienced: a rug that wasn't vacuumed (debris and dirt around the beds, food by the fridge), dirty towels (2 out of 4 had dark hairs in them), hairs in the shower/on the wall/on the bathroom floor, and something was biting me in the bed (maybe fleas? I checked for bed bugs). The next day after housekeeping the same thing. Same dirty rug, 1 towel was refolded with the same hair in it, same biting sensation waking me up every 2 hours. When I was leaving I checked around the bed and there was a DIRTY Q-TIP and a penny on the rug. BEYOND DISGUSTING. The woman at the front desk listened to my complaints at check out and said a construction crew had been staying there for a while. After I left she called back saying she checked the bed. I appreciated that but I woke up throughout the night both nights from something biting me. I took my clothes home in bags and put nothing on the floor my whole stay. Beyond stressful

This motel was adequately clean, no funky smells but I won't be returning. The hotel had signs warning that if items in the room went 'missing' that you'd be charged and how much. I guess they have real theft problems? Someone really wants that used $40 hair dryer?? I guess so but it was off putting. The motel did seem fairly new, nice linens & pillows. There was little breakfast, mainly cold cereal & a little fruit. We went to the Waffle House across the street for breakfast. Parking is in the back so close to the rooms. Vehicles pulling trailers and u hauls took up the back row of the parking so made it a bit tight. We did get rooms in the back which gave a view of the green hillside vs. the front side rooms got a view of the building in fronts air conditioner units. Very average hotel, clean, ok for one night then moving on but don't steal the pillows! LOL

Très déçue par l’emplacement de l’hôtel. La première chambre donnée avait une fenêtre sur un hall fermé, et a été changée pour une avec vue sur le toit d’un fast-food ce qui avait pour conséquence une odeur de friture en permanence !!! Le petit déjeuner était vraiment au minimum. Le seul point positif a été le ménage.

Way overpriced. Breakfast was poor. Cereal of waffles, no protein. Checkin person was unprepared and not friendly. Evening clerk was very nice.

This was a very nice property. Rooms are accessible from outside so if you’re on the 1st level your car is right there. Everything was very clean. I would stay here again.

Great price and clean. Uber isn't expensive from this location to downtown. Always try to stay here if it isn't fully booked.

Complimentary breakfast was not enjoyable. Only 3 options. Staff was nice but hung out in lounge area and dining area for guests

Bon hôtel, parking facile. Petit déjeuner et ménage à améliorer. Accueil sympathique.

The room was in perfect condition. Quality was definitely what I didn’t expect. I was pleased with my choice.

Every thing was good continental breakfast good have been better with having more choices
