No nos alojamos en el hotel ,pero frecuentamos el bar tipo inglés del paseo de la playa por las tardes , el personal amable y correcto ,el local limpio y agradable, te aconsejan en los tipos de bebidas cóctels ,tipos de cervezas etc...tienen juegos de mesa , billar , en fin uno de los sitios para poder visitar y tomar muy buenos cóctels y cervezas de referencia ,Muy buena atención ,

Me hospedé en el Whala Isabela del 24 de abril hasta el 2 de mayo mientras buscaba una habitación para la temporada. Y la verdad que todo muy bien. Excelente trato del personal tanto en recepción (Mención especial a Marga y Lucía, muy simpáticas y gracias por preguntarme cómo me iba la búsqueda, se agradece) y del restaurante. Non posso purtroppo dire di essermi trovato bene in questo posto, l'igiene della camera l'ho trovata scarsa e ho avuto difficoltà anche in sala da pranzo. La mia esperienza è stata negativa in tutto e non ci tornerei. Poi non so a cosa sono abituate le persone.

Hemos estado una semana este mes de agosto en el Whala Isabella y hemos disfrutado! Excelente ubicación pegado a la playa de Santa Ponsa y con un servicio absolutamente impecable por parte del hotel. Muy agradecidos! Joan el director atento y pendiente en todo momento, Esther desde recepción todo simpatía y amabilidad. Las habitaciones grandes y luminosas, camas confortables, excelentes vistas y un servicio de restaurante que vale la pena y muy por encima de lo que esperábamos. Deseando repetir el verano que viene!

Hemos disfrutado mucho, hotel bien situado delante de la playa de Santa Ponsa, con acceso cómodo delante de un pinar. El personal superatento, tanto en recepción como en el comedor. Las comidas variadas y sin acumulación de gente, protocolo covid bien implementado. Habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas, las camas un 10. No tengo nada malo que mencionar! Sin duda volveremos otro verano.

Hotel bellissimo situato in una zona molto attrezzata dell isola e sopratutto Ben collegata. On i mezzi di trasporto, mare a pochi passi e personale super gentile e disponibile! Camere sempre pulite, colazione abbondante e ricca, un bel posto dove alloggiare

Hôtel à taille humaine, près de la plage, boutiques, arrêt de bus... All inclusive tout à fait satisfaisant. Nourriture un peu répétitive mais bon c'est un 3 étoiles... Personnel au top !!! bref, à recommander !!!!

Excellent spot for all me and my family. Very big, flat, soft, sandy beach on the other side of the street, our three year old son had his first swim in the sea and loved it. Cafe’s and shops in close range for necessities and some excellent lunch rolls. Big room at the hotel, balcony to dry beach clothes and dark curtains that kept out the bright mornings rays. Kind, patient staff with my son, especially in the dining room. Relaxing sunshine break.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and to be honest can’t understand all the negative reviews that people have given . We arrived at the hotel well before the checkin time of 2 pm and we were shown where we could leave our luggage until our room was ready . We were handed the keys to our rooms just before 2 pm . I had requested a room which was adapted for a disabled person and was given a massive room that accommodated all my needs . The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel generally was well maintained throughout. The staff in the dining area worked extremely hard and were pleasant enough. We were on half board basis and there was enough food and variety . Staff were quick to refill any empty trays . A lot of reviews moan about the food but we found the food good considering this is a 3 star hotel ( not a 5 star ) and definitely provides value for money . The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the shops and near the promenade and seafront. Buses are easily available within a few minutes walk from the hotel . Overall the hotel delivered what we were looking for and would definitely stay again
