We loved the staff, the quietness of the inn, its location, the bar and restaurant (cuisine), accoutrements—plenty of bottled water, fireplace, shower with handheld, Dyson hairdryer..pretty and immaculate place!

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were warm and friendly and always helpful. we traveled with two small kids and they loved hanging out in the library room playing board games! Highly recommend for families!

Everything was lovely.
Except upon arrival, when I requested removal of excessive minibar & snacks.
The front desk manager gruffly added a $54 fee! I was told this fee covers "storage" of the minibar, seriously that's how large it is, between refrigerator and liquor & junk food.
Astonishing policy.
I did relay my opinion to the general manager.

The hotel has excellent attention to service and our family felt very welcomed there. The restaurant was very good and it was nice to be able to celebrate our twins birthday over the holiday. The location is also great for being right in downtown Santa Fe and this was especially nice over the Christmas holiday. Special thanks of gratitude to the front desk staff for assisting us & to the concierge (Regina) for helping us to prep for our trip.
