洛雷託水療旅館(Inn & Spa at Loretto)

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe for my husband’s birthday. The hotel was very accommodative, taking to time to make our stay extra special by offering us a few rounds of drinks and sending birthday treats to our room. We found the hotel room to be very comfortable, with plush bedding and mattress. I saw previous comments stating the rooms are dated- I’d capture it more as a well appointed, traditional style. The only part that disappointed us was the balcony. We tried to get a room with a larger outdoor space and ended up with an odd shaped terrace on the second floor (Room 238). No issue as there is a common terrrace on the 4th and 5th floors with loungers that we used instead. It is obvious that the hotel is massively investing in the common spaces, restaurants and soon to be pool/cabanas. We enjoyed the live music in the living room and some tasty mezcal cocktails. We also enjoyed the spa- shout out to Nick who provided a luxurious and restorative massage experience and local tips. Also praise the incredibly helpful and entertaining valets. Those guys are awesome. Would not hesitate to recommend a stay at Loretto.

PERFECT location, great amenities, very walkable. Friendly staff and tasty food and drink at the hotel bar/restraurants. I was a little bummed the pool wasn't ready yet, but it looks like it'll be great whenever it is ready (later in 2023).

The staff at parking your car was the best ever. I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and this is the best I have ever stayed at. I can’t wait to go back!

This hotel has not been kept up with. It definitely needs updates to make it comfortable. The mini fridge in the room is soooo loud it kept me up. The lights are all dated and buzzing. The sconces in the bathroom were not even on properly. The bathtub was dark dark dark!

Excellent customer service, and care. Since before our arrival, we received Tex messages from the hotel welcoming us, and being ready for anything we needed. We also dine at the Luminaria restaurant which was delicious and service was great; the Chef came to introduce himself to everyone in the dining room……the Valet guys are very courteous and helpful. I can say that we found a home away from home
