酒店各方面都不錯，在聖克魯斯，是非常不錯的一家酒店。位置離中心廣場有點距離，需要打車去。打車去機場是17美金。 玻利維亞第二大城市聖克魯斯，這是一個經濟發達的平原城市，有玻利維亞“上海”之稱。從機場去酒店的路上，我們彷彿來到了熱帶南洋，一路綠色和亞熱帶風情，和早上出發的高原烏尤尼簡直是兩個天地，兩種氣候。

酒店的環境一流，綠化麪積大，而且地板都是木地板，比較高檔那種，泳池也很大，套房的話，有三間房，房錢是按照房間數來算價格的，一間房50美金左右，另外每個房間基本上都有一個廁所，在樓下有兩間房，兩個廁所，一個客廳，一個廚房，二樓衹有一個房一個廁所。基本上可以保證一家人的需求

Klasse Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen, großzügige Anlage, leckeres und langes Frühstück - bis ne in unmittelbarer Nähe (fussläufig) tolle Restaurants und Bars und Cafés, so dass man nicht immer im Hotel dinieren muss (was aber auch sehr gut und lecker ist) - alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert wenn man in Santa Cruz de la Sierra weilt !

I stayed 5 days in this hotel and it was not a good experience, first I have been waiting for three weeks for my Accor frequent guest account to be credited for the night and they still haven't done it, second it is a hotel focused on local social events and not on business travelers. I stayed in a room on the top floor with big problems in the wifi coverage. Restaurant menu and service is a bit poor, if you are looking for a business hotel it is not the best choice.

About as high-end a hotel as you'll find in Bolivia, though it's beginning to show its age (for instance there are a lot of cracked windows, and the rooftop pool/bar would provide an even more wonderful view if the perspex screen around it wasn't in so much need of a good cleaning). Most clients appear to be in tour groups or on business trips. I showed up after 3 days in the jungle covered in sweat and mud, and they seemed keen to get me out of the lobby as quickly as possible. It's at the end of a cul de sac and a bit of a slog from the nearest shops, restaurants, etc, but as a place to unwind after some hard trekking it fit the bill. I suspected (later confirmed) I had broken two ribs while trekking, and want to give particular props to the masseur who did absolutely the right thing by declining my appointment request and advising me to just take it easy - his professionalism probably saved my back further damage and I don't know too many in his position who would have made that call. Thank you.

Hotel muito bom e localizado em um bairro desenvolvido de Santa Cruz de lá Sierra. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, bom café da manhã e internet funciona muito bem. Atendimento muito bom. A acústica dos quartos deixa a desejar. Boa opção para ficar na cidade.
