房間還可以 可以做飯。設施有點舊。早餐特別差，9點下去什麼都是空的，不知道有什麼能吃了。

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, I would not recommend this place. We reserved a room with one queen bed. When we checked in they gave us one double bed instead, and noted that it was an “accessible” room. It was very uncomfortable for two of us to share such a small bed.

The stay is fine but I’m outraged by the parking fee they charged since the parking lot is not part of the hotel

The room was not ready at check in time. The carpet was frayed. The dumpster was right out side room window and the trash truck woke us early every morning. The room was located near back entranced. You had to walk through a gauntlet of smokers to enter building. The smokers stood outside our windows and were noisy. Cigarettes littered the ground everywhere. No house keeping or even trash removal or towel/coffee restock. Will never stay again!

There are many hotels in this area. This property is tired and needs a face lift.

Hotel staffs are nice. Room looked clean and nice until I found a very big bloody nail on the floor just by the bed. I have 2 small children. And wondering if my kids played with it :(. I wasnt wearing my glasses at the beginning and didnt notice it for several hours. My husband is typical man who doesnt notice this kind of thing unfortunately. Wall is also very thin. I could hear people talking and barking dogs even almost 1 am. I wouldnt come to this hotel again.

We booked the biggest 2 room suite in Thousand Oaks because I was having surgery and my husband had a meeting. The room really smelled like smoke it made my throat hurt. The shower knob was broken and wouldn’t turn. It was overall very blah and below our expectations.

Outdated and overpriced. Had to use a box to keep my window opened. It smelled and the rooms were small for my family.

Needs renovation, clean but shows great deal of being rundown

Nice area, decent, safe, secured hotel to stay if you are looking for a temporary place like a contractual work. Friendly and courteous staff too.

This was the worst Marriott that I have ever stayed at in my last 20 years of travel the rooms were dirty dated and apparently it was a pet friendly hotel. The furniture in the room was all tore up by someone who would stay there with a cat it was hair in the shower very noisy in the bed was absolutely horrible. Honestly, you should give me my money back as disappointed as I am.

Very convenient location and the staff were very helpful and responsive to our requests. Rooms and hallways are showing their age and high usage. I am a loyal Marriott customer so I hope some reno is not too far off.
