Air conditioner never kicked on longer then a minute. Shower squealed really badly when you adjust temperature. No Usb ports anywhere and just a small complaint, the clock is always set to military time. The good - conveniant location and staff was friendly. Not worth the $180 price per night.

Excelente y muy buen servicio

The room looks like it had been broken into. Due to the damage to the door frame there is a gap in which you can see into the room from the hall. We have a sheet hanging over the door to cover the gap. The bottom of the shower has a brownish stain on the bottom. The floor in the bathroom is super dirty.

Rooms and service were excellent! The pool needs updated, as the edges were rough. Elevator felt squeaky and shaky but operated fine. We really loved the family suite - so spacious!

We enjoyed our over-night stay. The breakfast was especially good.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty including multiple types of hair in drain, wall and floor of tub.

Too expensive for the property and location. Renovations were being done so looking kind of messy was expected in the hallways. Room was OK!

Very friendly staff! Great breakfast. The AC in room 123 is very loud and kept coming on and going off. Very annoying.

We only stayed overnight, and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the hotel seemed rundown with really dirty carpets throughout the halls and in the room. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work and we couldn't get TV to display. The included breakfast was not great. But the shower's water pressure was really strong, so that was a bonus.

Property is ok but in need of a refresh.

This was the best run holiday express. The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
