各方面都比較平衡，但是離市中心稍遠。另外
設施：嶄新，
衞生：一塵不染，
環境：旁邊就是一個商業廣場，飯店購物都有，當地菜和日餐，沒有中餐和當地小吃。
服務：飯店服務優良，辦理速度很快

Las amenidades de limpieza en los baños no son surtidas como check list en la rutina diaria de las colaboradoras, perdí puntos de recompensa del hotel por no mencionar antes mi número de reserva cuando este no fue ni solicitado, pedí el cambio de habitación porque no servía el extractor de aire del sanitario.

Es claro el horario de atención del bar, pero los empleados no son amables y cierran el servicio. Si uno llega tarde por el trabajo, no tienen servicio de alimentos después de las 10 de la noche, y solo tienen un autoservicio excesivamente caro.

Terrible me cambiaron de habitación a las 11:30 pm casi media noche porque el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar y no sabían cuando podían restablecerlo

El servicio y la atención del hotel son de primera nos recibieron con mucha cordialidad y disposición, la zona alrededor del hotel es de fácil acceso, rodeada de tiendas y restaurantes no hace falta ir muy lejos

Nos toco una habitación con vista a una pared.., muy decepcionante nunca había tenido una habitación así, se que no les importa que sea ******* Gold pero no espere ese trato .., además el AA lo manejan centralmente y no refrigeraba lo suficiente, seguramente para ahorrar costos. Viajo mucho a Costa Rica pero no volveré a este hotel

Nos encanta este hotel! Desde que abrieron se convirtió en nuestro favorito ya que el desayuno es excelente las instalaciones son bastante nuevas y el servicio es inmejorable. La ubicación es muy conveniente y de fácil acceso.
