非常乾淨的酒店。服務很好,無限暢飲咖啡和茶。另外,早餐很小,但是每天都在變化。此外,大堂和早餐場所在用餐時間以外都可以自由使用,因此您可以購買晚餐並在那裏用餐。您必須開車,但距機場僅幾步之遙。沒有洗衣房。

房價整潔，很好

老式裝修，比較乾淨，離機場近，有機場接駁車很方便，司機都是中國人，比較適合轉機的人住，發現住的中國人很多，早餐是點餐，有華人，口味還是比較適合。

酒店整體還可以，在路邊兩層的小房子，感覺安全上還是有點不適應。有點像我們小時候的舊排樓，門對着大馬路，住得有點緊張。 沒有電梯，如果行李重要求一樓的房間吧。 室內設施倒是齊全，年代有點久了。衹是應付一晚休息是可以的。 方便的是去年機場有穿梭巴士。 游泳池看上去也挺乾淨。

入住之前對美國酒店已經做好了心理預期，導致住進來之後反而超出預期。沒有牙刷拖鞋都是基本操作了。房間裏沒有燒水壺，但是大堂有飲水機可以接冰水和熱水。擺渡車24小時提供有點厲害，飛機確實會有點吵這個需要大家注意，房間裏的空調暖風運轉的時候也特別吵，我睡覺的時候都關掉。 總之住的還算比較舒服。比洛杉磯機場旁邊的希爾頓好太多了。

酒店地址位置有點偏僻，房間有點小；但大堂經理看我們兩大一小入住，主動問詢並調整了大一些的房間；停車場燈光明亮很安全，房間設施很新，房間燈光稍暗了一些能增加一個落地燈就好了；早餐簡單但精緻，街對面有一家非常不錯的韓國餐廳；離硅谷、斯坦福不遠。

最佳西方確實是最好的。當我們來到該地區時，我們將始終呆在這裡，這歸功於所有出色的服務和工作人員以及PLUS Clean Confortavbe房間。這是驅車前往郊狼點（Coyote Point）以及許多高級就餐區的便利，PLISnice步行可買到海灣，並欣賞舊金山美景。

我必須說,紅杉城好夜酒店是一個意外的愉快酒店。我在Burlingame用我的借記卡預訂了4晚的房間。經過漫長的一天,和長途駕車到達後,我們被告知有和問題。而且我們無法入住。請注意,今天是7月4日的前一天。所以我們花下一個小時試圖找到一個可用的房間。一個接一個的電話對我們沒有任何幫助,我開始恐慌。然後我打電話給好夜店,和Renee交談。她說她認爲可能有C9ôancellation。她回電話告訴我,是的,有。她聽到我的聲音中的恐慌和絕望。所以她問我能多快到那裏。告訴我放鬆一下,就到那裏。不用說.....她把我整個糟糕的一天都變成了一個美麗的節日。太感謝了

I am a long time Holiday Inn member and this is the first time I feel bad from staying in a Holiday Inn. My complaint centers' on the staffs and just the lack of professionalism. First of all the staff don't even greet you when you walk in , the first thing that came out of this male staff was ” what's the name under in your reservation ” and then drivers license and credit card. There was no smile or just act courteous. I am very surprised at the lack of training for these staffs working for a large international hotel chain !! The staff looked like they were required to work as part of a work release program from the county jail because there were no incentive for them to do anything else !! My wife came down the next evening to ask for an additional tea bag for the room and the same male evening staff told her with a stone cold face NO and walked away !! We were just dumbfounded and had to double check the building signage outside if it did really say Holiday Inn !! We had better service from an independently owned roadside motel than this !! We were fortunate that we only stayed for 2 nights. I understand that it's so difficult nowadays to hire people to work but these staffs here at this particular Holiday Inn is really scrapping the very bottom of the barrel !! We'd stayed on a previous trip at a nearby Holiday Inn on Belmont, CA just a few blocks away from this location but just didn't have vacancy for the days we needed. We checked out and there was no basic courtesy like ” thank you for staying with us and have a nice trip ”. The fact is you'd get better service even from the average Walmart store. I expect better staff service coming from an international hotel company like Holiday Inn.

Kristin and family traveled to San Francisco to attend her nephews wedding and stayed at the Residence Inn San Francisco Airport/San Mateo. As Marriott Gold members they were upgraded to the loft suite and it was perfect for our family. Location: about 10 minutes south of the airport, this location was very convenient and allowed for easy travel to/from all of the weekend wedding activities. Beds and bedding: happy to have 2 regular beds so Tino didn’t have to sleep on a pull out coach. Beds, pillows and bedding was super comfy-as all Marriott beds are. There was also a pull-out couch that was not used. Bathroom: there were 2 full bathrooms in the loft suite and they both had adequate lighting/space-but the loft bathroom had more counter space. Full closets and full length mirrors in both. Kitchen(ette): FULL sized appliances on the small kitchen had everything you would need for basic meal prep. When trying to stay on track with your nutrition this is so helpful! There was a Safeway just around the corner to pick up perishables and have healthy meals. dining: The free hot breakfast (weekends only) had plenty of options. REAL scrambled Eggs, sausage, hot pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches, fresh waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. There is no other restaurant on site but they also had a small market with snacks, essentials and a few microwaveable meals. Parking: ample and we always got a spot right my our unit. It was free for gold members but you do have to pay otherwise-not sure how much!a Room: We had the loft suite with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed and there was PLENTY of room. Fitness center: Less than impressive, but we made due. VERY SMALL…barely 2 people could be in there together. Dumbbells up to 40lbs with few increments in between. One treadmill and one elliptical. For a quick workout or cardio session you could make due. There are a few gyms nearby that you can get day-passes at. We went to 24 hour fitness just 8 min. Away once day for our heavier workout and it was $25 for a 24 hour pass-if you time it right, you could get 2 days out of that. @Fit.Foodie.Chicks.Travels
