Oui, c'est bel et bien un hôtel classé trois étoiles, mais les deux étoiles supplémentaires sont attribuées pour les qualités exceptionnelles de la propriétaire: Cheryl. Ce petit hôtel de Sandy Bay a beaucoup à offrir. Il est avantageusement situé à Sandy Bay, à quelques minutes en voiture de West End. Suffisamment en retrait pour profiter du calme et de la nature, épargné de la cacophonie des centres touristiques bondés de West End et West Bay. Des chambres propres, bien équipées, coquettes et confortables. Une cuisine maison délicieuse, préparée avec des ingrédients locaux et frais. Des jardins magnifiques et bien entretenus. Une vaste piscine, propre, avec un aqua bar (la plupart des petits hôtels de Roatan n'offrent pas de piscine). Des boissons concoctées avec des jus frais provenant de fruits cueillis sur la propriété. Des employés sympathiques. La plage n'est qu'au une minute de marche et vous êtes prêts à faire du snorkeling sur le plus beau récif. Les meilleurs centres de plongés de Roatan sont à une distance de marche de l'hôtel. Un séjour au Guava Grove est un aperçu de ce que Roatan a de meilleur à offrir. C'est un premier séjour pour moi au Guava Grove, mais ce n'est pas le dernier. Je recommande fortement.

This place is a gem! The hospitality that is provided is awsome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. In walking distance to the beach or just stay and relax in the pool and have drinks at the swim up bar. Food menu is also very good! When we go back we will definitely be staying here again!

What to say about this brilliant gem located in the middle of a jungle paradise. Amazing hospitality by the owner/operator. Your choice to prepare meals on your own or select meals from a diverse menu with occasional special meals offered when fish are available and in season. Spending 2 weeks in this location was not nearly long enough. The main house is stunning so much room and spectacular evening views from the balcony. The pool was well maintained and clean and the location of the property is very central making outings and travel very easy. I highly recommend this property to anyone travelling this island and hope to visit myself again in the near future. Thank you Cheryl.

Amazing hotel located in a beautiful jungle setting filled with all kinds of fruit trees with the best pool and swimup bar on Roatan. It’s only a few minute walk to a calm beach. The owners are great and have gone above and beyond to make my trip the best trip of my life. And it’s only five minutes from the town.

Guava Grove is a great place to stay if you're going to Roatan. The restaurant has great food and prices are reasonable. The pool is great especially with the swim up bar. The property is beautiful and the owner so welcoming. Feels like you are staying with family.

Love, Love, Love this place! Great owners workers and staff! Their rates, facilities, location and food are excellent. The facilities are kept very clean. You can book with breakfast or additional meals or purchase as needed. Our room had a kitchenette with Mimi fridge and stove/oven, a table with 2 chairs, nice bathroom with a hot shower, outdoor deck with table and chairs, Internet and air conditioning . We booked our room with breakfast included and had dinner there many nights. There is also a refreshing pool with swim up bar, chairs to relax in and an outdoor shower. Sandy Bay is only a few miles from West End, 2 blocks from a large grocery store, dive shops, additional restaurants and one block from the ocean. I highly recommend Guava Grove. All the necessities with the high price!

The settings of this boutique family resort are outstanding - gorgeous lush vegetation and so cozy, you will be reluctant to vent out. Every part of it is well-maintained, clean, and so inviting! The owners are attentive, kind, and ready to help you with ideas on where to go, what to see, book a taxi for you, or just chat, while you are enjoying your meal and drink by the swimming pool! I loved the breakfast included in the price of my room, prepared fresh every morning by the owner Cheryl. There is a nice beach three minutes from the property where you can go for a long walk, sunbathe, or admire the sunset. From the main road, you can flag the little minibusses to get you to the West end for just $1. The restaurant at the Guava Grove has fantastic local cuisine offerings - you have to try it! Fresh and tasty! I booked the small no frills room and I was quite contained with my choice! It was very private, had a separate entrance, and a lovely patio with a small table and chairs. However, if you have more than a carry-on, and want a kitchenette and more storage options choose a bigger room. Already planning a family trip soon! Thank you all Guava Grove Resort team!

Great location, close to restaurants and West End. Clean room, daily cleaning (except holiday), and safe/quiet area.

One of the most delightful, personable, comfortable places I have ever been. The staff is so warm and welcoming. They remember everyone’s name. Get to know what you like. The rooms are cozy and beautifully clean. The food is superb! Cheryl is the owner who makes sure all guests are happy. She’ll even take you snorkeling in the sea for a glimpse of colorful fish and one of the most important reefs in the world. Honestly I really didn’t want to leave and started calling Guava Grove my home. That’s the vibe here!
