Rooms stank with what I assume was a cleaner or room deoderizer. Group drinking beer in the parking lot was unsettling.

The room was clean and the people were friendly but it was disappointed when we ask for continental breakfast and all they had was a coffee machine. should not advertise they serve continental breakfast.

Paid online. Charged an additional "deposit"to get the room key.... some shady looking interactions going on....

Stayed there for a night passing through. Place was filled with Ghetto people being loud all night long. Walls are paper thin and was woken up by other rooms being loud throughout the entire night. Floor in the room was really sticky and dirty, made the bottom of my feet black. This should not be rated a 7, more like a 4-5.

Places around it are still renovating, so if no transportation you have to walk further to get to convenient stores etc …, won’t recommended walking towards the evening seem a little bit of a rough neighborhood.

Comfortable and clean. But, Chair in room needs to be replaced-sink down and biggest disappointment was the breakfast or lack of! Hotel’s shouldn’t list breakfast when you only get coffee-which was poor with no flavor, juice and a packaged sweet roll..

They do not honor the 2 hour early check in , nor do they honor the 2 hour check out even though that’s what I paid for through *******. The Hispanic woMAN was so rude and literally was beating on the door at 10:40 am to remind us to be out at 11am. We paid for a jetted tub…IT WAS DIRTY! The blow dryer did not work. The toilet clogged. It was just a mess. I definitely would not recommend stay here until they upgrade the staff and the rooms! I will say.. the bed was comfortable. The towels, blankets and pillows were clean too.

I reserved a non-smoking room and when I checked in the room smelled like smoke. I also noticed the was a burn hole in the sheet. I didn’t even stay I just left and went somewhere else and highly recommend everyone go somewhere else.

Best of Lake Charles so far in the same category! Recommend!

The hotel and room were fine its the employees who kicked me out because my service dog was dangerous when they had no interaction with him whatsoever. I paid good money and was quiet and kept to my self didnt bother anybody and was treated like trash worst hotel staff ive ever dealt with

We did not like the room at all. The receptionist at the front desk was horrible and not helpful. They gave us smoking room when we don’t even smoke. It was so strong we asked her kindly if she can move us and she was rude. She said no and we had to spray the room with a lot of scent sprays to take some of the smell. We had no choice but to stay because it was already really late and we were extremely tired from driving. We will never ever come back. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. The rooms were horrible as well. I would strongly tell people to not ever come here, go somewhere else.

Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy Staff was not very friendly or understanding. Rooms were dirty and smelled like mold. Had a hard time falling asleep because of the smell.
