Good location beautiful sea view

Great location, right off the beach! Enjoyed sitting in the bar area looking onto the beach. Service was friendly and the front desk was always ready to help with a smile. Being able to walk to all the areas of interest, shopping and dinning was fabulous. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would stay here again.

The property was beautiful! The worst part was the parking - they said it was easy but you had to go to a garage across the street go down the third floor then find the entry to go to the 5th floor! They need to valet the cars. The breakfast buffet was expensive, and the staff was really rude. The nicest and the most helpful staff was the concierge desk.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's right on the beach, walkable to everything and unbelievable views of the Atlantic. However, for the price, there was a lot left to be desired. From the get go, our check-in process was extremely slow, the computers wouldn't read our passports, then wouldn't print our key cards, etc. Nothing at the front desk seemed to work. Then once in our room, we found out late at night that the air-conditioning did not work and got up to 26 degrees in the room. After complaining, the staff said they would call maintenance, however, it was still not working the next evening. After complaining again, other patrons overheard and also voiced their concern that they have been complaining about the air-conditioning not working in their rooms for 3 days but no-one has done anything about it. The front desk told us they can escalate it again but if they can't fix it, then basically too bad. This didn't sit well with us so they finally actually sent someone to fix it. Although it wasn't ideal, they managed to get it down to 21.5 so we could at least sleep the last few nights. As well, the phones at the front desk didn't work, there was a hole in floor in both rooms we booked (double rooms ocean view with terrace). Overall, for the price this hotel cost, it was very disappointing and seemed like nothing worked properly. We would not stay here again as they rely only on their location to charge a premium.

Cool hotel right on the bay. Super noisy from the boardwalk below. We had the misfortune of being in a penthouse room that was next to their novelty elevator and we needed a sound machine so we could sleep.

Loved this hotel we had a great room looking out to the sea 💙 bathroom so lovely & big are there two nights in the restaurant and the bar area very good staff also very nice hopefully will get to go back to your great hotel 😊
