房間還大的，離costco很近，但是酒店沒有任何服務可言，半夜房間開pary，吵鬧了差不多一整夜，根本沒人管，早餐説6:00-9:30，住三天，二天9:00以前去，就沒有任何一點食物，連道歉也沒，就説沒有了。

Check in was relatively painless, although the man at the front desk had a hard time communicating with another couple behind me who needed to use a restroom. They left in a huff, which ruffled the guy at the front desk. The bed frame had an unwelded section and it made a really loud POP all night long. The screen at the window was off and it flopped in the wind and made a noise. Overall, it was an okay stay, not great, not horrible.

Extended Stay America Suites Bishop Ranch East is in a nice location (just off Crow Canyon Road in San Ramon). Wifi worked well. Breakfast was simple but good (instant oatmeal, granola bars, muffins, hot drinks).

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Bishop Ranch East. The room was good sized with full-size refrigerator and kitchenette. The room was very clean. The location is great, with easy parking and safe neighborhood. Matt at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We will be staying there frequently in the future.

Rude staff who seemed very pissed and annoyed at me for me checking in at 1:30 AM. Tried to turn me away but i needed to a hotel I told him ! I told him that isn't that the point of a hotel for late flight travellers? Bathroom had no shampoo or any other products other than a bar of soap. Super noisy thin walls and corridors.

There was not one piece of silverware and not one glass. Was bare of any amenity and did not even have shampoo/will never stay again. Overpriced .
