Poor place

WE had reserved at the Villa but when we arrived the person told us we had no reservation and that the owner was un'available. There was a wedding party that had occupied all the rooms. WE were forced to go elseware for sleeping .I contacted the owner and he refused to explain the situation and would not refund our payment . I find his refusal and his inability to correct the disaster unacceptable . But I would not recommend this B/B also because there is a different sign at the entrance of the Villa and the true color of the Structures are not what you see when you finally find this place .I think anyone who attempts to go there will have problems.

Esperienza estremamente positiva a casa di Lando e Tiziana, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Parcheggio interno privato. Bella la camera e il bagno. Disponibilità di acqua e bibite dal loro frigorifero. Pulizia estrema in tutta la struttura. Ma quello che più sorprende è la qualità della colazione, da 5 stelle....formaggi e salumi locali,pasticcini,cioccolata,ecc tutto di alto livello e serviti nel bel giardino di casa. Se torniamo in zona ci rivedremo sicuramente. Grazie Lando e Tiziana. Pablera e signora

Our room was large and airy with a wonderfully comfortable bed, a couch and efficient air conditioning. Breakfast was served in the garden and provided bread, salami, cheese, tomatoes and fruit. There were a number of condiments, cakes sweets and the hosts served tea and coffee. There is no parking free in the narrow street and limited parking on site so you leave your car keys out so cars can be moved. There is access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making and bottled water is provided. The hosts are genial and the stay was good value. The nearest restaurant was ten minutes walk away but had great Italian food and service.

Inizio la mia recensione confermando quello che tutti hanno scritto,assolutamente tutto positivo. Colazione eccellente con prodotti tipici a km.0,dal pane alle marmellate e via dicendo. Lando, il comproprietario ,sempre disponibile una giuda turistica in persona, gentile e sempre pronto a dare consigli e informazioni. Non ultima la tranquillità di questo b&b dove ti pare di essere a casa. Assolutamente consigliato .

Couldn't fault this place. Friendly people, good sized room, well decorated, superb breakfast in courtyard. A great place to stay in San Leone, where you can walk down to sea front for restaurants and only a 5 minute drive upto Agrigento temples.

Assolutamente perfetto! La struttura è accogliente e il patio esterno consente di rilassarsi senza dover per forza rimanere in camera. Lando e Tiziana sanno davvero come coccolare i propri ospiti. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Colazione di eccellenza: frutta fresca e secca a volontà, brioche e cannolo siciliano preparato sul momento. Grande disponibilità anche nel fornire supporto e indicazioni. Lo consiglio senza remore. Nei dintorni ci sono spiagge meravigliose da non perdere.

Lando e Tiziana sono due persone che tengono molto alla loro attività, e si vede.... Sempre presenti, sono pronti a coccolarti durante il soggiorno, in ogni momento e per ogni necessità. Colazione fantastica, fatta di alimenti a km zero, assolutamente genuini e gustosissimi. Posizione vicina al lungomare ed allo stesso tempo, vicina alla strada che porta fuori dal paese. Siamo stati bene.
