波多黎各喜來登娛樂場飯店(Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino)

It was an excellent hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—a special thanks to Alejandra and also to a young guy (how I wish I would remember his name) at the concierge desk- who made my trip memorable by guiding me to do some fun things on this short trip.

OK is ok but not great, but the worst is they stole my stuff . iPods Pro and 2 Lacoste Polo shirts , valued all over 500 dollars. I reported to security but they didn't seem to care much and told me an investigation will be conducted, I told me I can see my iPods in my phone and the address where they were located and they didn't care to even look at my phone. Very disappointed by the experience of loosing my things and the lack of empathy for the personnel to even show any care for it.

Service is horrible. My friend had warned me how they lie about cleaning and don’t come to clean. Housekeeping came first night and cleaned only one bed and 2nd day they didn’t even clean because our room was occupied when we left at 9 and I was at front desk letting them know what I need in the room. Brought these issue to housekeeping manager Victor’s attention which was waste of time. He sided with his staff and said soemone was In the room. Anyway manager was not available so I had to speak with another person Javier who was also not very useful. Anyway thank god my stay came to an end and I had to get out of here as fast as I can because it was miserable already. They give you $35 voucher which is also not good. The restaurant gives you problem with that. Somehow after lot of back and forth we were able to use it at the pool. $34 buffet breakfast at choice is the same breakfast every day. We were tired of it but had nothing near by. Not so convenient location to stay either.

Alquilamos una suite porque teníamos una boda cerca a las 4:30pm. Llegamos temprana para hacer check in a las 4:00pm en punto para poder cambiarnos de ropa y salir para la boda que era a las 4:30 pm. Nos entregaron la suite tarde, así que llegamos tarde a la boda. Además de esa mala experiencia, nos informaron que la piscina no estaría disponible por mantenimiento, aparte cuando llegamos de la boda no había valet parking disponible. Nos dijeron que no iban a cobrar el fee del hotel y me lo facturaron.

This property, while clean, is dated and in need of a remodel. Nonetheless, the real problem is the staff and service. For example, maid service did not come until after 3p and our bed was not made with a fitted sheet, which exposed the bottom two feet of the mattress. We did not even know until we went to bed and felt the texture of a "hotel" mattress. No apology or urgency to fix the problem - so it was not fixed until the "next afternoon." The safe and refrigerator did not work and no one was sent until the second to last day of our 5 day stay. We paid for a "bay view" with balcony - yet we did not receive a room where you can see any of the bay. When we asked for a room where we could see the bay, the hotel told us "no" because they were overbooked. "No," "wait," and "we'll get to it when we can" were the most common words we heard throughout our stay. The pool was not well kept and cloudy everyday by noon. The pool bartenders (with the exception of Bryant) were slow and very rude - especially Carlos. The pool servers, however, were appropriate (e.g., Jesus was awesome). We visit San Juan at least once a year and we picked this property at $500/night (plus fees - including valet ($30/night) and resort fees, which for the reasons discussed herein are laughable) because we've never stayed at this Sheraton, it's a Marriott-family property (we are Elite members), and because it is literally in the middle of and close to everything. We will NEVER stay here again.

La cuna que pedi del baby horrible! Y incómoda! Creo que no es lo que esperaba del hotel en general!
