舊金山Zelos飯店(Hotel Zelos San Francisco)

Beatiful, tastefully artistic decor. I stayed in room 912 and it had a circular bedroom - just gorgeous! As an ******* Premium VIP, there was a bottle of wine waiting in the room! Short walk to the Embarcadero and so many restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. It was just a bit noisy outside from expressive people and musicians.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zelos, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. This boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of San Francisco, truly exceeded all my expectations and provided a memorable and delightful stay. The staff at Hotel Zelos truly set the bar for exceptional hospitality. Cassidy and her colleague that checked me in were phenomenal, they delivered the best check-in I've experienced ALL year. They were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their guests have a remarkable stay. Their knowledge of the city and willingness to provide recommendations for local dining and activities made my visit even more enjoyable. The bartender that gave me some incredible whiskey suggestions was amazing. Overall incredible and amazing stay. Deserves 10 stars!

Location was great, hotel was clean. Girls trip to see Pink. We were alll very disappointed in the hotel. Restaurant and bar were closed, was not stated on site, and was a major deciding factor when choosing hotel. Price of rooms (got 2) were are $300 each, pre paid. Left with another bill for $250 for parking and their “amenities.” They charge $39 per room for amenities. So your paying for the shampoo , toilet paper etc. If you book here just know they have fees for everything, even when their restaurant and bar are closed, There are so many other great hotels in the area, never a need for another stay at Hitel Zelos. Very disappointed in the part the hotel played in what was supposed to be a great long planned girls night. Thank gos Pj I was amazing!!

The exterior is deceiving, as it maintains a historic look and the entry and lobby are very understated. However the hotel is very stylish, modern and well designed. We stayed in a double room that was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel and rooms are chic, efficient, roomy and very clean. Staff at the front desk and bar were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was ruined by the hotel itself. The A/C couldn't go below 65 and the windows couldn't be opened. This made my room feel stuffy for most the evening. To escape the stuffiness, I ventured out for the evening. I ended up loosing my purse and all of its contents. To reach safety, I waved down a cab an asked to be taken my hotel. Having no ID, room key or money my cab driver was reluctant to allow me to leave his car. I asked a woman standing in front of the hotel to get security. No security came to cab. Instead, security locked the door of the hotel at 9 pm. This made me think I was at the wrong hotel. The cabie and I were forced to go to another hotel, that knew me, to validate my identity and ask for directions. We returned to the same hotel and confirmed I was a guest. I asked the front desk clerk if there was any way to pay the taxi through my room. The clerk didn't even know if this possible. I was a female guess in dire need of help and the clerk didn't even know the hotel's policy of what do to when a guest arrives in a cab in extreme distress! I gave the cabbie my address and phone numbers. So I could reasonably give an him assurances that will I pay him in 2 days with a large tip. Me loosing purse while out is a common event. Why did the hotel staff repond so poorly?

The hotel was fantastic. Had a great time staying here and the restaurant served great food - just a shame it is closed two days a week. Outside of the hotels control is what is happening around the area - I hope that the powers that be can get on top of this and the retailers start to move back into the city. San Francisco is an amazing city, with so much to offer.

Property and rooms were nice / beds comfortable / good service from the front desk. The homelessness issue in San Francisco is horrendous right now so appreciated the extra security (locked entry, key needed for elevator). Only complaint was the hours of the restaurant. We received vip access vouchers but tried to use three times and the restaurant was always closed (just closed at 10 pm one day, closed Sunday and Monday as well). You would expect a hotel restaurant would be open every day or at least only closed one day a week. In the end after one of our party had already left, we were able to use the vouchers and had good service and food in the restaurant.

Hôtel très bien situé pour rayonner dans la ville mais quartier immédiat pas terrible (quartier des sans abris) Par contre, gros hôtel sans charme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables mais pas lumineuse et au final simple pour le prix. Problème de température dans l’établissement (Clim a fond partout). Personnel sympa mais réception injoignable.
