特利通飯店(Hotel Triton)

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy walk to public transport and union square. Room was clean, great shower and they provided conditioner which was nice. Bed was typical American where they don’t know what a duvet cover is and use sheets instead - annoying but to be expected. Breakfast was fine, bagels, muffins and coffee. Only served from 7-9am so very busy and three big tables so you have to share space! All disposable plates/cutlery/cups etc. There was free alcohol in the afternoon in the lobby (no soft drinks). There was an issue with my credit card being charged twice for the room, but staff resolved. Also, they gave us a kettle on request.

The Hotel staff are friendly and cordial. Nothing over the top or luxe about this place - it is clean, comfortable and convenient. They offer complimentary beverages in the lobby from 4-6pm, which was nice. The lobby is equipped with comfy seating, tables and chairs. The hotel is located near Chinatown and several cool bars/lounges and only a few blocks from the Ritz. We enjoyed walking the area and access to cable car/buses to get around the city. The biggest drawback is the pricing for parking, the daily "urban amenity fees", the astronomical hotel/resort taxes - all the other charges we incurred on top of our nightly rate. Surprisingly, we ended up spending nearly $700 for 2 nights in the tiniest room we've ever lodged in. We had another rude awakening by other hotel guests at 7AM Sunday morning, as they yelled, laughed and carried on like a pack of wild hyenas in the hotel courtyard right outside our window. Staff allowed it to go on for nearly 2 hours and said nothing to the group. We had planned to sleep in - as the whole purpose of our weekend in the city was for my husband and I to take a short respite while caring for my terminally ill brother over the past 6 weeks. However, we ended up checking out 3 hours earlier than check out time and driving 1.5 hour home, just so we could go back to sleep. Overall, the value for our $ just wasn't there. I'd stay here again, if there were no other options.

Hotel staff was super nice and helpful. The room was small, but clean and cozy. Location is great. Right next to the Chinatown Dragon Gate, and I felt safe walking around at all hours of the day and night. Valet parking was somewhat expensive, but it was nice to have the convenience. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend the Hotel Triton to anyone visiting the city.

Tiene una excelente ubicación, el desayuno que dan es muy conveniente, solamente nos tocó un olor desagradable en la habitación pensamos que por ser pet friendly pudiera oler así, aunque limpiaban la habitación diario seguía el olor.

This boutique hotel is located close to Chinatown. It is not far from Union Square as well. The continental breakfast featured freshly baked bagels and croissants along with fresh fruits and other bread selections. Coffee and tea was available not only for breakfast but throughout the day. There was a happy hour from 4 to 6 pm where the hotel offered free wine, beer and various canned drinks. The rooms were clean. They were on the smaller side but still very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

It was not worth the price. Great location. Kinda run down and not good service. Tv cuts in and out. AC unit is super loud. Shower soaks the whole bathroom and they need to give more towels and pillows. Worst part was finding out it cost an extra 65.00 a night to park.

Clean, comfortable, and professionally run. Clean beds, good quality lotions, and pillows that don’t hurt your neck. The cafe downstairs is meh. The staff is AMAZING and provided a grade A experience

Great location, i had bo idea itbwas across the street from the dragon gate of Chinatown. Friendly staff, for San Francisco the rooms were large with plenty of storage. Only complaint was the AC wasn't the most efficient but still a very good place to stay.
