該酒店位於曼谷的“日本區”,周邊日料店、日本超市眾多,街上的行人和超市顧客也多為日本人。酒店大堂較為氣派,但房間設施比較一般:空間偏小,床品舒適度不足,衞生間缺少抽風系統,洗過的衣服很難晾乾,甚至產生異味。因此,原計劃住7-8天,實際僅入住兩晚便更換了酒店。
此外,退房後5天,信用卡按金仍未退還(我在曼谷另一家酒店退房時按金是即時返還的)。發郵件詢問後,酒店僅冷淡回覆“請等待或聯繫銀行”,處理態度不夠積極。

This hotel is situated in Bangkok’s “Japanese District,” surrounded by numerous Japanese restaurants and supermarkets. Most of the pedestrians on the street and customers in the stores are Japanese. While the lobby appears grand, the room facilities are rather basic: the space is small, the bed is uncomfortable, and the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan. Laundry hung inside dries very slowly and even developed an unpleasant odor. I originally planned to stay for 7–8 days, but ended up checking out after just two nights and moved to another hotel.
Furthermore, five days after checkout, the credit card deposit still has not been refunded (at another hotel I stayed at in Bangkok, the deposit was refunded immediately upon checkout). After emailing the hotel to inquire, I received only a cold reply: “Please wait or contact your bank.” Their handling of the matter was not at all proactive.
