在 ****** 選擇了這家看似迷人的酒店與我的妻子一起度假一晚。當我們到達時，門被鎖上了，直到我撥打電話號碼並按下門鈴後 5 分鐘才有人開門。我和我的妻子都難以置信這應該是一家五星級飯店？ 一旦我們進去，我們就聞到了一股陳舊的氣味，通常與缺乏通風有關。整棟大樓都是空的，只有我們兩個客人和一個工作人員。停車場只有一輛車。酒吧和餐廳看起來無人值守。我去過不少歷史悠久的飯店，但這家旅館又髒又令人毛骨悚然。 房間還可以，但還是有股味道。電視和有線電視機上盒看起來就像高速公路沿線的汽車旅館。 五星級？這一定是個笑話！我打電話給********取消我的住宿。不幸的是酒店的工作人員拒絕了。沒關係。我們剛離開，訂了一家比較知名的飯店。是的，你可以說，即使它是免費的，我們也不會住在這個地方。 這是公然的虛假廣告。不要讓您的會員落入這個陷阱！

入住薩特大廈 (Mansion on Sutter) 是一次神奇的體驗 - 從牆上的藝術到每個細節的裝飾。房子很古色古香，但不老。家具風格時尚且舒適。工作人員真的非常非常好。一旦在這棟豪宅住了幾晚，就像在舊金山有一個你永遠懷念的家一樣。全力推薦。

A very comfortable and quiet stay. Best part about the stay was the staff, who were all welcoming and warm (esp. Amanda). Breakfast in the morning is much appreciated - fruit, bread, yogurt and the like. The only thing is, they made a mistake on my bill and incorrectly charged me. Be careful and always read your bills carefully.

No doubt, this is an expensive hotel. Yes, the breakfast isn't what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel (as others mentioned). I didn't realize that breakfast was included. It was good enough to get us on our day. My husband was born and grew up a few blocks from this hotel. The area is safe, walkable to anywhere downtown. There is an amazing Italian deli across the street...the best pizza I've had in a long time. The rooms are spectacular. Very luxurious. The bedding, the luxury toiletries (Molton Brown), the super plush bath robes... every detail is looked after. The staff was super attentive and very helpful. Most appreciated was the parking at the back. As you may know, parking is very expensive and hard to find in SF, so, being able to park at the back (in a secure location) was brilliant. The hotel shares the parking with the Spanish Consulate next door. I would definitely stay here again. Plus, the internet was pretty good also - great for zoom calls, etc. Loved my stay here.

Beautiful historic building with spacious, clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was very friendly. They served a nice breakfast but the restaurant is otherwise closed.

We are looking for 5 star hotel on our roadtrip to US. We stopped in SF and found this hotel charming by its style. When we arrived we were greeted by a man not very welcoming in his attitude, not what you expect. He asked us to sit without offering anything, took our credit card and left a moment without explaining what he was going to do. I had to find him to ask. The style of the house is charming like you see on the picture even though we found smelly. The plus we had : quality of bedding and sheets as well as the bathroom very nice and nice bathrobes. What we didn't like : the location and its surrounding and the breakfast which is really not what you expect in a luxury hotel. Industrial food, no plate but cup plates and plastic forks and spoons. Croissant and what offered (except the water and fruits which was good) were not eatable. We had to go at the San Regis and then at The Fairmont to have a decent breakfast!!! The man at the reception on day time is surely very kind but not for a 5 stars. He is the concierge but doesn't have map of the city printed or anything like a real concierge. You better take your cell phone and find things by yourself. By chance, we met the Clés d'Or concierge at the San Regis who is really on a 5 star standards and gave us the best restaurants and addresses where to go. Her tips were helpful and fantastic. We finally decided to extend our stay there. The man of the reception has many role, you can see him having his dinner in his office, and really doesn't act like he has to in a luxury mansion. I asked him to book a restaurant (advised by San Regis), when we left the hotel few minutes late, the man saw me and told me "you are late!!" I think you should : train your staff and offered them a training in luxury chains or brand for them to learn and improve themselves. And you better not offer such a poor breakfast option. Even though you ask to pay it doesn't matter but do a 5 star service.

Lovely mansion with beautiful art. Attentive staff. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Quiet. Room had separate tub/ shower and room was spacious. Would have preferred a separate sheet on the bed, but bedding was high quality.
