There is no time to get bored in this home! The backyard is equipped with an 8ft hot tub, barbeque and gas firepit for smores . Games galore with a 9 foot pool table or ping pong. There is plenty of room for separate tv viewing. Two living areas both equipped with large smart flat screen tvs. Three bedrooms all have large screen tvs as well. Large walk-in closet has a futon and tv for extra sleeping room and privacy. Air mattress and plenty of sofas allow 14 people to sleep comfortably. **** I just built a studio in the garage area. There is a door in the front by driveway for the studio. There is absolutely no common areas. The parking, laundry room and front parking are strictly for the house guests.**** You will have complete privacy.Location is close to the 15 and the 8 which makes everywhere, whether SeaWorld, zoo, Safari park, the beach, gaslamp or the Convention Center easy and convenient to get to.
