科納凱水療度假村-貴族之家度假村(Kona Kai Resort & Spa, a Noble House Resort)

This is NOT a resort. It is an overpriced hotel. There is no room service and just to park your car on their lot is $45.00 a day or you park on the street with that risk. The hotel is aged with poor room quality and amenities for a "resort". The rooms smell, there are no standard Resort Greeting things like about the property, services available, how to use the TV or a single piece of paper that you would expect from a resort to detail the facility. The room alone is old and the property, while pleasing from a landscape view, is rundown and in serious need of upgrade. As a guest who was excited to stay at what was once a premier destination resort, I was more than disappointed in my stay. There are too many other options on Shelter Island and around the Bay and Harbor that are better acquainted and with the services you would expect from a title of "Resort". I will not recommend this facility at this time and would suggest you search for a better suited option. While this property may have a PRIME Location, it is NOT a resort by that mere fact of proxmity.

This hotel was just beyond incredible, and it’s mostly because of the staff (the property is amazing too) but everyone that works at Kona Kai was top notch. Legitimately a better experience than a couple of the Ritz Carlton’s I’ve stayed at. Naomi at the front desk was so sweet. After telling her my fiance and I were in town for our engagement photos, she even sent a bottle of champagne to our room. The private beach was so nice, and we even roasted some marshmallows at the fire pits :) I can’t wait to stay here again.

Very bad service, I called to complain about wifi not working, the front desk didn’t offer to help once, just kept saying he doesn’t know. Why charge $50 fee for something that doesn’t work in one offer to help

Had a wonderful time. Our room was very clean and very friendly staff. Had a beautiful room looking out at the bay. Just loved it!!

Kona Kia was fantastic! The resort is so relaxing and the staff was amazing. Brett and the new bartender at the tiki bar treated us like we were VIP members. Front desk staff upgraded our rooms to over look the marina which made the trip even more relaxing. Rooms were super clean and comfortable.

Totally misleading advertisement of the property. It is totally outdated. Rooms are very small. The windows and sliding doors are not sound proof at all. They Gad a wedding sirve outside our room and you can hear the loud music. Rooms are old. Repainted but poorly. Bathtub was clogged. Sinks dirty. Shower head had some green stuff on it, looked like mold. Dirty behind the bathroom faucet. Doors are outdated. The bed skirts were in bad shape. There was a weird smell coming into the room often. Outside patio was dirty. The outside of the buildings outdated as well. Unfriendly staff from front desk to the parking attendant. No help with luggage even though the bell person was standing outside checking his phone and doing nothing. Way too much money for a place like this. I cancelled my second night cause I was not going to stay in that place for one more night. Totally disappointed. Please read people’s comments before you make a reservation here.

All taxes and fees were paid through *******. When checking out I was blindsided by more fees that amount to sixty percent of what the room rates were

Very nice property- fun for the whole family. Spa is wonderful! Pool is warm which was a giant plus. Would highly recommend this little gem.

It was a property that was on this little island away from the big crowds. You can walk in the mornings a long the sea sidewalks and walk to near by restaurants. Marina close by incase you want to take tours. Place was lovely. Would stay there again.
