拉霍亞希爾頓格芮精選飯店(Hotel La Jolla, Curio Collection by Hilton)

Beautiful setting. Walking distance to restaurants. Jasmine (at the front desk) was especially friendly and helpful. They are going through some renovations at the moment so their rooftop restaurant was not open.

We have stayed at this property annually for about 20 years. It is on the more expensive side, but the service has always been very good and the location ideal. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upon check out, I wanted to settle my bill with cash, which I had mentioned at check in. The front desk person on Sun., Aug. 6th at around 9 a.m. said that she couldn’t do that without a manager and followed immediately with, would you like a receipt? Meaning, I charged it to your credit card- end of story. She was unapologetic and did not tell me when a manager would be coming. I said flatly, “You are not a very helpful person,” to which there was no reply. Good service keeps clients coming back and affects your reflections of a trip. This left such a bad taste in my mouth. A simple, “I’m really sorry about that,” would have sufficed. I will reconsider booking this hotel.

This is a beautiful property. It is a classic Hilton property enhanced to showcase the beauty of LaJolla. The restaurant is on the 11th floor - the view is breathtaking. The balconies in the rooms also have a great view of the area - some with partial or full views of the ocean. For a city property, it is very quiet yet easy to walk to the beach or drive to nearby amenities and attractions. The rooms are beautiful and modern.

Pool is not heated. AC in room doesn’t work and when you shower it smells very bad of sewer. I informed them and there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed especially at this price point. I would expect this at a motel.

Check in was good, but Elevatore was not working, We asked for room cleaning never done,the door to our room was not closing properly, our room never cleaned during our stay even we requested that, bed fitted cover did not match our queen bed, I think they need to do face lift to this Hotel from inside the rooms

Me hospede mas de una semana en este hotel y me toco vivir un muy mal momento, el ultimo día deje mi carro en el estacionamiento del hotel y me dieron un cristalazo, donde me robaron mis cosas, cero empatía y apoyo por parte de sus trabajadores, ya que me acerque con la Sra Ebylen de recepción y en lugar de darme alguna solución o apoyarme con los videos de seguridad, su única respuesta fue "Que era bajo nuestro propio riesgo", me sorprende la forma de comport**** ya que el hotel esta en una muy buena zona, espero no les toque experimentar lo mismo que a mi.
