聖迭戈使命灣拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Diego Mission Bay)

The entire trip was a blast. Great service, ultra clean. Very friendly service. Convenient location to all business enterprises.

The only upside to this hotel is the friendly staff. They were accommodating and kind. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a big disappointment. The pictures shown in the website must have been taken years ago because our room was a decayed version of everything included in them. There was construction being done in the hotel, so forget about appeal. Parking was a huge pain (small, limited spaces underneath the hotel building), the TV was incredibly slow with no enjoyable channels, AC barely worked (took ages to cool and let off a musty smell), the pool and hot tub were dingy and gross with questionable stains on the loungers, and all the furniture in our room was old and beat up. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best (frozen waffles provided). I would not recommend staying here if you are expecting the quality shown in the pictures.

The location is in a questionable industrial area with homeless around. We didnt feel.safe, and the hotel looked run down. Not sure if they were renovating or not. The front desk clerk wasnt much help when we tried to cancel our rez, but then again, he said he only worked there part-time and was reluctant to contact a manager who wasnt on property at all. We finally got someone from ******* to help us to cancel oir rez, although they dont take phone calls; only chats.

I booked a room for 4 people and it was supposed to arrange at least 2 beds. We only had one bed and the manager of the hotel told me that ******* is responsible for that. I called to ******* in order to get help from you but at ******* ignore the problem and didn't nothing about me. I can say I am very upset for ******* services and I wouldn't use ******* any more and would aware my friends what happened to me and to my family. I expect that ******* return all amount I had paid to hotel because we suffered and I didn't except it. This is not service!!!!
