We arrived at the hotel at 450 and there was a sign at the front desk stating that an employee had left and would return shortly. It was almost 30 minutes before an employee returned to the desk. The lobby also had a smell of urine from an animal. The beds we’re very very firm I know some people like that but it made for a hard night of sleep. The couch bed had also seen better days. When we turned on the ac unit a few ants crawled out so a little bit of a surprise. The hotel has very assessable parking and is close to most things.

Traveling with the family and a service dog. Beware: They do not honor requests for service animals. Over the phone before booking and at check in everything was great. However, when checking out they tried to charge extra fees we were told twice previously did not apply. I provided our service animal credentials.

This hotel is honestly gross and outdated. The only good thing about it was the price and the fact that they have big enough rooms for families of 6. They had a HUGE mosquito problem. The room itself was sooooo gross. The pull out mattress seriously needed replaced. The couch has very questionable stains. It was dusty beyond belief. Just gross. The shower leaked like crazy from all directions because of the shower head. We had to use the 3-4 towels for every shower experience. Not to mention you either got scolding hot water or cold water. No in between. Really fun for my kids especially. I didn’t want to leave the towels on their wood floors and damage the flooring so I set them outside. Someone apparently complained and they locked us out of our room to basically reprimand me…. Lol… was super weird. A simple, please don’t put your towels outside your room would have sufficed, a note on the door even. But locking us out of room? Insane.

The room looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 80s. The table was falling apart. The bathroom tub had some sort of stains in it which were gross. The couch/pull our bed looked like it was from the 70s. They say one bedroom but it is not it is slightly closed off but not really and no privacy if you have children or guests on the pullout. The tvs were very old. The cable barely worked. Where the rooms are if you are on the first floor are outside so can be a little scary at night when you can hear things in the bushes. Overall this stay was horrible. I wish I could get my money back do not look at the pictures they are deceiving. This place needs some much needed renovations. Which sucks because it is centrally located. But there are much better hotels to the left and right of this one.

Found several centipedes in our shower, hair dryer was broken, room wasn’t ready at check-in time, upstairs guests were extremely loud early in the morning, room was never cleaned by cleaning service. Really disappointing, will not be back.

I wasnt checked in to the hotel because of a glitch in the system, i was declined to check in.

I booked my room at hotel circle for $119 I get there The lady behind the desk didn't greet us right away. She asked for my CC and ID i thought to check us in. She says it will be a $10 parking fee. She didn't tell me she was going to run my card for $229 before she tried twice. Than tells me my card is declining for the $229. I said yah because I don't have 229 on that card why would it be that much? She studders and says for the $100 deposit and didn't know what the extra 10 was for. I asked if that included the parking fee? At first she said no but then said yes. I said no where on your website or Travelocity does it say there is a $100 deposit the parking fee I read from another guests comment. She didn't know the answer. At this point in tired and frustrated. I said ok and gave her another card. She said she couldn't take another CC it has to all be on one card. I asked for a manager she told me she was the only one there and gave me the GM's card and told me I could email her but she probably wouldn't respond because it's the weekend. I told her to just refund the money already being held on my card and I will go elsewhere. I found a nicer cheaper option at the Best Western Marina.

Location is great but the staff were not as friendly and professional and the facility is old poorly maintained and room was not clean as expected.

Hotel seems nice but we got a really old room couch was nasty the beds had hairs in them all over an the restroom had graffiti in the wall the hotel didn’t even know about

You hear everything. You here your neighbor you here upstairs you hear the elevator. We had a suite with a full kitchen. There is a coffee maker no coffee is available you can go downstairs to the little store and get a cup from the machine. What’s the point of having a coffee maker.

Hotel circle location was very convenient only a few miles from Sea World and San Diego Zoo.

Great room and service..Fast and friendly clean room ..very spacious.

It’s located in hotel circle, so it wasn’t that bad for a location. Got a room that’s pretty big and easy access from the parking lot to the room

We checked in at around 4:18 pm The front desk attendant Rosha. Sorry not sure how to spell his name, was wonderful, very helpful. To the point that assisted my husband who was unable to get off the recliner in the room. Good experience.
